“Had an amazing experience with this location. Several months back, I sent a package to the IRS. Of course, it was lost by them, and of course, I lost my tracking information. The staff worked diligently to help me re-aquire my tracking information. The owner went so far as to dig through his files of hard copy records. The owner came through, and I stayed out of hot water with my wife and the IRS. Thank you, and a job well done!”

“I'm not a give a review kinda guy! But I have to send out a huge thank you to Donnie and his entire staff at PIP Printing! I needed a tiny job printed and mailed to me along with an extra envelope and stamp so I could forward the document on to Ca. after I fill it out. I'm disabled and its extremely difficult for me to go out. I called 4 corporate chain stores and spoke to 11 different people with no luck! Not even close! I called PIP and Donnie the manager answered the phone I explained my situation and even though they don't sell stamps and he would have to go buy a book somewhere he said he would figure out a way to meet my needs! There is 0 customer service in the world we live in today! We're herded like cattle and lucky to get a hello or God forbid a thank you! The courtesy and professionalism at PIP was way above normal customer service! I highly recommend using them for all your printing needs!”

“I had an unexpected large quantity of packages to ship out, approximately 30, with a total weight of over 500 pounds.
I was dreading the process to get them all shipped out, especially given the poor experiences I've had at other various fedex locations across the country.....but not on this day.....Angela didn't even flinch when I brought in all the boxes and i explained my situation. She was an absolute Rockstar!
Her attitude and exceptional customer service definitely made the entire process easier. We spent the better part of over an hour getting everything organized and labeled for shipment.
In my experience it's becoming too few and far between that you find someone with the personal level of pride and professionalism in a forward facing customer position, or really in any position these days. It's just that much more appreciated by those of us that have had the unfortunate experience dealing with the opposite. Thanks again Angela!”

The gentleman was awesome and knows what customer service is. I didn’t catch his name but he was so friendly and made the return a breeze. He couldn’t have been nicer. This was June 6, 2025 just before 4 PM. So maybe someone knows his name and can give him a shoutout.”
