Horrible pharmacy!!!!!
Not deserving of one star, would give negative if I could!
Here on my anniversary/vacation. Called in my prescription and was told that it would be ready by that same afternoon. Went to pick it up on the following day and was told that it had to be ordered and would not be ready until that Friday by 1:00pm. Wasted another half of a day waiting to pick up my medication then called Publix again. They told me that they did not have it. Nobody had ordered it and that now it wouldn't be there until three days later on the upcoming Monday!! We're leaving Sunday morning on our way to our next stop. I have already been out of my medication for two days thanks to Publix Pharmacy at Sea Shell Collections and now for at least three days more!!! Might even have to cancel the rest of our anniversary/vacation and head back home just get a stupid prescription filled!
Thanks for nothing to the Publix who wouldn't fill the prescription before we left to go on our vacation because it was a few days early and I would be able to fill it here as well as to this one for their own gross incompetence.
VISITORS: Make sure you have all of your medications with you when you come because you may have to deal with the likes of who and what I did at this pharmacy.

Wow those pharmacist are mean! 3 visits in the past 2 days and each time a different employee at the pharmacy spoke to me like I was an idiot.

Second time they sold me medications with expired dates. Called manufacturer of product which had been closed down for contamination problems. Insurance does not cover so I pay full amount. Public refused to do anything about it

I would give zero stars for this pharmacy if I could. The pharmacist apparently thinks she is my doctor and can decide what medication I should take without contacting my physician to find out why I take it and that I've been on it 20 plus years. Worst service ever. The pharmacist, by the way goes by the name honey, and should be fired. Management was contacted regarding this as I will no longer be any customer of Publix whether to shop or use this pharmacy again. Would not recommend using this pharmacy

Publix Market is the only game in town in this part of Florida and they take advantage of it. The prices are as much as 25-100% higher than other markets. It is outrageous. I visited the Publix in Largo, Florida and purchased vegan bagels I always get. I paid more than Whole Foods. Then when I went to repurchase them here in Pensacola, they were DOUBLE the price. That's right folks, double!! How are they getting away with what is clearly price gouging. The employees are friendly enough and I only hope these insane prices are reflected in their pay. They are a minimum of $1 higher on every item I am used to buying and often more than that. It's nuts. I guess people here are just used to it. This area offers very few options and as a home chef and foodie it's very challenging to shop outside of Publix. But I'm gonna find a way. PUBLIX treat your customers with more respect and stop gouging them.

Dropped my script off was told it would be ready the next afternoon. Called the next morning to verify said it would be ready. Show up to pick it up told me it was gonna be another hour. Wait an hour come back and then told it would be the next day. I don't understand why you would tell me one thing then make me jump thru hoops to not even get my medication.

Very nice but very expensive! Everything was literally double what I'm used to paying back home. I know grocery stores at the beach are often times more pricey but this was extreme. It was very clean and nice though.

I'm not the type of person to write reviews, good or bad, but I wanted to take some time to thank Jan for such a wonderful experience. My dad was visiting from out-of-town this weekend, and he forgot some medication at home. I spent 3-4 hours on the phone between different pharmacies, his insurance company, and his doctor's office trying to get it sorted, and just when I lost hope, Jan called me to inform me that she was able to speak to his insurance company and work it out. She really went above and beyond to make sure my dad didn't miss another dose, and I am forever thankful.Thank you so much Jan! It's people like you that restore my faith in humanity.

This is strictly for the bakery. We've been getting specialty cakes and key lime pies here for 20 years, but never reviewed. The key lime pies are truly great. It's amazing how many people comment on them when we serve them and how many others get this pie when they want to serve for someone else.The specialty (birthday, anniversary, etc) cakes are all very well done, quality cake and icings and served with a smile.

The pharmacist Mercedes was extremely helpful to me. I had some questions about over the counter medications that I needed and she was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I'm so glad she was there to help me!
