What grocery shopping it was by two get one free on coconut water. The girl bagging my groceries in the checker were fantastic people. The manager, on the other hand because I didn't get the credit for buy 2 get 1 free. She was very rude, didn't apologize for it.Charging me for the third one. She has a problem with customer service she should find another job. She was working Wednesday at 8:50 PM.

This is my 'home store'. I do my personal shopping here, and I work Instacart orders out of this store. For Instacart shopping, the staff here is always helpful. No problem with ever finding an employee to tell me if an item is available in the back area. This attribute is priceless. The staff is a huge part of my 5☆ rating as an Instacart shopper!
When I am shopping for my own home & family... Well, I couldn't wish for a better place to shop! Obviously, if I have any questions, the staff are quick with a remedy to any issue I may have.
This is a 5☆ store!

I shop at the Gulf Breeze Publix regularly, and today I had a frustrating experience with the cashier. He made a sarcastic comment about checking eggs, gave attitude when I didn't provide a phone number and generally made the checkout feel uncomfortable. Not the service I expect from Publix.
