“Charlie was absolutely the best. This is the 2nd house that I have sold, this was my family home and we had to sell it after my mother past away. It was very hard and emotional for me and he was so patient and kind, & let me take my time until I was ready to list it. When I finally decided to he was immediately on top of things. I signed a contract on Saturday and he had 3 showings on Sunday & 2 more on Monday. Monday morning he already had an offer for us. By Friday he had the inspection lined up and had the ball rolling.
