The service representative, Paige, was a great help ! Nice service . She knew exactly what I was after and made the shopping experience easy . It is what you would expect as far as products at Sally Beauty . Clean store convenient location

I went to this location and was the only person in store. Two women were working; one asked me if they could help me find something and I said no thanks I’d like to look myself but I did ask if they were able to receive a credit card payment in store which they could not.I shopped the aisle over; while the two women I’m assuming one manager and one associate continued to talk about me as if I was no longer shopping inside. Talking loud enough that I could hear EVERYTHING.Telling me that I should shop elsewhere and take my animosity with me. Picking apart my appearance, how I spoke and looked.I wasn’t shocked at their petty behavior, talking so terrible about me a customer inside their precious special Sally’s store. I almost stepped over to where they were and spoke up to let them know I can HEAR you. I’m a person and I’m still here, but the reviews online for the Gulf Breeze location #2639 speak for themself as I’m sure their store numbers and volume.Maybe they were having a bad day, new to the job, not enough customer service training perhaps?But take your money somewhere else, where you can feel appreciated and valued because THIS is not it.

I almost didn't go to this location and but everything online after reading many bad reviews, but thought about supporting our local businesses and I'm glad I did! Sarah was very welcoming and extremely helpful. She even wrote me step by step how to color my hair (first time lightening it by myself) I can see she loves and enjoys her job. I let her know she was the kind of people that needed to be hired in this type of business.My hair turned out great thanks to her recommendations and good products.

First time going to the store and there were 3 ladies upfront and they didn’t even say hello they just stared at me like I was stupid. Asked about a product and they were rude. Never again.

The store was closed even though they are suppose to open at 10:00 and this is after a 20min drive. Lights are on but can’t even get an answer on the phone. As a stylist and salon owner from another state, this is absolutely ridiculous and I won’t be spending my money here again.

I called once and got hung up on before I could say anything, the second time someone answered and wouldn't check to see if they had what I wanted (thermal nail polish, any brand). It's not like it's a huge store...I mean.

I have been a faithful customer of this shop since it opened. With three daughters and three granddaughters, I frequent it often and have spent hundreds of dollars there over the years. I've had a Sally's card since they became available and have never let it lapse. About two weeks ago I bought a pair of shears there only to try to use them the first time and found them extremely defective.(the blades didn't even touch all the way). I took them back today to either exchange, get a refund or store credit. I didn't have the receipt, but felt because I had used my Sally's card for the purchase they would be able to locate the purchase. I was told that since I didn't have the receipt they could not help me! (I know that they could have looked it up on line using my personal information because I renew my membership at that store every year using my information, but the girl at the counter said that she was unable to look it up.) I could hardly believe that she would not allow me to return this as I have been able to return defective merchandise at virtually any store I have shopped for the past 60 years! So, with no hesitation I have vowed to never return to Sally's, ever. I would strongly suggest to everyone that it will only be a matter of time before each of you receives this same poor service.

At first my experience was pleasant, until I was asked a couple times if I needed help finding a product. Not seeing what I was looking for decided to take the employee up on the offer. The next five minutes was just her arguing with me and becoming rude that the product I was looking for didn't exist, at all. Even though several name brands Redken, Biolage, and Kenra all have the exact product I was looking for. I'll stick with going to a professional Cosmetology store.

Not very accommodating as I needed 1 item and arrived as clerk was bringing in stand from outside. I had called 10 min prior and said I was almost there but still was not allowed to shop. Walmart received my business instead and now will be getting my hair color from Walmart from now on so it will match.

Okay...Thank you so much to Shan* (I hope that is the correct spelling). I was looking for red hair spray on Halloween. I searched 5 other stores (not exaggerating) before coming here. I've been coming to Sally since I started my skin care & nail school journey in 2015...anyway...i have come across some really great people (and not so great) in this store. Shan* was in the midst of putting inventory in or making new tags or something...anyway I walked in all distraught trying to find red hair spray, she could have said it is down that aisle on the bottom, but she didn't. She stopped what she was doing to search the shelf for me. I was so excited, customer service is back!!! Even though they didnt have the color i was looking for i bought a root touch up in red instead. There was a lady who walked in almost as soon as she got back up to the front...she also was looking for colored hair spray...Shan* could have easily said, you see that lady down there, it's right in front of her...but she didn't! She brought the hair spray seeking lady to the same spot and also searched for a color that was not there that day....Shan* was happy to look again in the same spot for another lady! Please keep Shan* on the payroll and if you really want her to stay (like I do)...give her a pay raise.

I have shopped at Sally's Beauty Supply Store my whole life, no matter which city I might be traveling to or moving too and I just moved from Broward County in Florida to Navarre, FL and my closest Sally's was in Gulf Breeze, Florida and I have to tell you I was totally impressed by their customer service;namely, "Cole." I was nervously looking to buy permanent hair color to dye my own blonde hair after having my hair professionally done for the past 30 years. Cole explained the process, and suggested the color (since I wanted to match my overgrown roots to my current hair color). She described with ease all the essentials I would need, beside the color (ie, developer and the developer #, gloves, brush, utensil to mix color & developer, etc). Once I got home and took matters into my own hands, I realized how easy it really was, but the best part was how exact it matched my hair color!!!! As a matter of fact, my daughter and husband said they even liked it better. You cannot imagine my relief and gratefulness to Cole (Nelson might be her last name). Anyways, I have been back to thank Cole and their whole staff for being so knowledgeable and so friendly & supportive every time I have been there. This has been my best experience with Sally's; and Miami and Miramar, Florida, the worst. Maria J.
