I came in to switch my number over from Metro and get a new phone. The gentleman who helped us, Chris, was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as possible. He never tried to pressure me into spending more money and just made genuine conversation. I hope someone gets Chris at the Gulf Breeze location a raise.

I came in to upgrade my phone and found out I could save money on my internet! Rachael was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Not only did I get a great deal on my phone but I left with new internet for way cheaper than what I am currently paying. Rachael was so amazing. It was a fun atmosphere.

Horrible, they discarded my screen saver and refused to replace it. They said I had to have insurance (which costs over $100/yr) and nothing they could do. They should not have discarded my screen saver if they weren't going to replace it. The 611 customer service agreed they could not replace the screen saver on the phone bi bought from T-Mobile. Any recommendations on an honorable wireless service?

Salesperson only cared about her commission Apple told me to go there and have them put the SIM card to the phone that my code was coming to tTo reset my password they wouldn't do that so that's I could find my iPhone they were just interested in selling me a phone never mind the the $500 off I would have gotten had I found my phone I am very disappointed I have been with them a long time but I think it's time to switch.

This T-Mobile is special because of the associate, Summer! Summer helped me upgrade my phone to an IPhone 14 pro (phone, phone case, screen protector, and pop socket) and upgrade my family plan from a plan that was so old (like over a decade old) to a significantly better one with a small price change. Summer worked with me and she was really diligent, patient, hard-working, and friendly. She really helped me get the best deal possible and was very informative as I like to be very precise when it comes to numbers Aka ask too many questions! We had fun conversation in the middle as well. She really excelled in her customer service as she even followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase! I briefly wanted to change my phone to a bigger storage one (that they don’t keep in store and needs to be ordered) so she called every t-mobile in distance around for me to check if it was in stock. I would drive to this location just for her help!

I've been a T-Mobile customer since 2018. There are obviously some flaws within the company as a whole but so does every phone provider. However, this locations associates have all been really nice every time I come in and make sure I am given their attention when it's my turn when I'm in store. Special shout out to one of their managers, Stephen or Steven (not 100% of the spelling). I had an issue with my account from when an associate in another state signed me up for the wrong kind of plan and I was being billed wrong. He went out of his way and worked to get me on the correct plan and all set!

I have searched my brain for something remotely positive about this company and to be honest. I'm coming up with blanks. Been a customer since 2003 seen some stuff but this location convinced me removing 5 lines was definitely worth the ridiculous fee's we had to pay to get out. Doing business here is similar to be assaulted every month idk clearly some folks are into having a company molest there finances monthly I mean I took me 2 years of GB location before I said "there has to be something better than this". Creature of habit i s'pose not sure but go anywhere that doesn't make you sign a contract I mean the whole business plan is so 2008! 2000 and LATE! Good bye for once and for All. Do better!

I was helped by Rachel and the next time I went in by Stephen. Not only were they both professional and knowledgeable, but were very nice and made the experience pleasant. I had a million questions because I'm not a techie and they were very patient. Anyone who's got tech questions for their phone I would strongly recommend going to the T-Mobile store in Gulf Breeze. ?that particular store in Gulf Breez

Went here to upgrade my phone 2020, 2022. Great service, fast and prompt. Will try to sell you on other stuff but.. they gotta do what they gotta do. They worked wonders. They tried to sell me fiber internet. I live 1.8 miles away.. but I had to tell them we didn’t have it supported in our neighborhood 1.8 miles away. Know your product a little more but overall, I’m happy! Great store.

The brand new manager, CHRISTOPHER CEVALLOS damaged my vehicle and then ghosted me when it was time to make it right. I’m wondering how this effects the way he runs his store. Very dishonest character. I will be contacting corporate about this. Do not recommend.
