The worst UPS location I have ever been to! For the second time on a weekend, I called ahead to make sure they were open. I was told this last time at 1pm that they would be open until 3. Showed up at 2:15--CLOSED.

Excellent Service!
I had a great experience and like to go to this UPS Store! The staff here was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. I came in to return Amazon returns, ship packages many times and get some documents notarized, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Especially I like the smiling face. Just feel so nice pleasant and warm. They took the time to make sure my items were packed securely and even helped me choose the best shipping option for my needs. The store was clean, well-organized, and the line moved quickly. It’s refreshing to receive such consistent, quality service—I’ll definitely be coming back as much as I can.

i’ve been coming here with amazon returns for years now lol. even though i now live in east milton, the efficiency and kindness of the staff makes it worth the drive to come back to this store specifically anytime i need anything :) thank y’all

My local UPS has always given me impeccable service. Packing large items or small they are great. I have never been disappointed with any deliveries unlike I have had with USPS. I highly recommend using this UPS store for any shipping or mailing need.

The people working there went above and beyond trying to help me to do what I needed done. I was doing fingerprinting and it was very difficult Matt Wilson and the other gentleman working this past Saturday which I think was like March 1 were amazing. They spent over two hours off and on helping me accomplish my goal.
