This location has the absolute best staff. They go way above and beyond for the customer. They have been this way every single time I go there. I drive out of my way to go to this location because the one in Navarre is no where near as friendly. 1000% recommend.

This entire place smells like farts every time I walk in. They also lost about $1500 of my merchandise with no help to locate or replace, probably my fault for not watching them close and tape the box.

Came in today to print off my Military Retirement Program and I was overwhelmed with the patience and professional help I got from Preston! He was the only reason I was able to make my vision become a reality. He also was able to help other customers while spending over an hour editing and adjusting my program. I couldn’t be more pleased today. Thank you Preston very much.

I sent a package to my daughter that did not get delivered because it didn’t recognize the address. I went by the store 3 times. The first time they said it was still in route, the second time they said it was in Houston, gave me the address and said it had to be picked up that day or it was being sentBack-my daughter was a nurse working a 12 hour shift and went on her lunch break, the ups store in Houston said it didn’t have the package( she gave them the tracking number)I just went into the store and asked where it was, they told me to go to the regular post office that they didn’t have it, he did look.I continued to ask questions about my package and where it could be located. After several minutes another employee came to help and they did find myPackage in the store and I got it back. I asked about the fee I paid and they said I cannotGet my money back. This was frustrating, but I understand mistakes and would have continued toUse this UPS, but I refuse to come backTo a place of business that charged me for a service I did not receive!

Absolutely pathetic customer service do not use this location especially if you're shipping international. They took my package gave me a tracking number, circled it, highlighted it, told me to go to ups.com and track it like usual did not tell me it changed his hands to the United States postal service immediately. Spend an hour and a half on the phone between several people at this location and also the distribution center Pensacola. No one would tell me that it just changes hands immediately and just try my tracking number on the USPS website. Then they try to blame me for not knowing this but I don't ship packages for a living.... NOR should ANYBODY at this location. I was told by Wendy the counter person and a person behind her helping her that printed out the receipt again circled it highlighted it and told me exactly what to do I guess when somebody physically shows you the tracking number and tells you to go to ups.com don't believe them figure it out for yourself. UPS in this area is usually pretty good but this location is absolutely deceitful, rude and unknowing of international shipping. Just use the USPS service for international shipping and save plenty of money and a lot of hassles, and runaround. The shipping rate for this package was 177.00 with UPS but with USPS it would have been 89.00. They didn't have the guts to just tell me they were ripping me off to my face when I mailed it or even over the phone to several local employees, and wanted me to just " call the main office" to learn they ripped me off.

This is the BEST UPS store! Zack is always prompt (there in plenty of time and ready for transactions even before opening) which makes transactions as quick and easy as possible. The more I use other stores the more I feel so grateful to have this store close to me with one of the most efficient workers in he area. Anytime I send emails of items to print they are always ready when I get there. One time, I sent an email with the label to send back a package and it was printed by the register ready for me to pay and send the package. Honestly, it's the little things that just make your day. I am super thankful for Zack and the rest of the staff that personally make my day as smooth as possible. I used to dread going to post offices or shipment stores until here. The customer service is worth the extra buck every time. They always have my business!

Very nice friendly very helpfull employees here.great service.answered all my questions.my family and i use this place for fax copying mail out and in ect..highly recommend this store..i just wish they had more staff there for longer evening hrs to pickup my delivery packages
