This is one of the nicest post offices I have ever been to. The gentleman at the counter (clerk #8) went above and beyond what I had ever expected. I went in to mail a fragile item, had to purchase box, bubble wrap, and tape. This employee not only helped to pack the item, he helped tape it too. Thank you for going above and beyond your position, for it set a positive impact on my experience at your postal location. I am not from the area, and there was no one else in line.

Every time I've gone to the Post Office I've been treated professionally, courteously, and with patience. I love our local Post Office and its staff.Regarding the local mail delivery service: all the carriers I've observed have adhered to local speed limits and other rules-of-the-road in spite of some other drivers who almost ram them while stopped.Regarding the USPS overall: Misdirected mail happens--it has always been that way, even before the automation in today's world. If you have something of value to send, the USPS has ways to do it securely at reasonable rates.If you think postage is too high, go look at a Consumer Price Index calculator to see how much a current first class stamp compares to the same amout in, say, 1955 (answer: first class today, 66 cents; 1955, 6 cents; actual stamp price then - 3 cents).

This problem is my fault. Never include cash when sendingmail !!! I placed two Halloween cards on 10-07-23 in my home mailbox for pickup from the zip code 32563. Cards were addressed to my grandchildren at zip code 32566. Cards were received in Navarre at the home address on 10-10-23. I had inserted $15.00 cash in each card. The total amount of money stolen was $30.00. My daughter checked the video camera, no one had tampered with her mailbox. There were three Halloween cards, only two cards had money. Someone had opened all cards, took the money & left cards in mailbox. I will be reporting this problem in written form to the USPS locations in Pensacola, Gulf Breeze & Navarre, Florida. Thank you.

They absolutely will not answer the phone. I've been trying to reach them for HOURS and it will just ring forever and eventually give a busy tone.

My mail continues to get lost! Credit card Bill payment and other forms of payments continue to not make it to their destination. Even if it's local here in Gulf Breeze. I've had neighbors bring me my outgoing mail they've found run over in the street a couple times in the last year! Why can't we have consistent drivers! I live in Grand Pointe I rarely see the same driver more than twice a month.?♂️??

The actual post office on Northcliffe is great. They are very helpful and move the line fast when there is a line. I travel 10 extra minutes to go to this post office and avoid the huge crowds at the Navarre PO.

Horrible. I moved and they have not delivered my mail in 3 weeks. I stopped in and they said I would get my mail. Never got it. I called, they don't answer the phone. The main post office opened an investigation ticket and sent me an email saying it was resolved. Still no mail. Called and they reopened the ticket. Still no mail. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

I had an order from Walgreens Photo shipped UPS, they delivered it to the Gulf Breeze post office on Nov 30. Here it is Dec. 7 and I have not received my package yet. Tried to call them, started calling at 3:45, they close at 5:00. Rang and rang and rang, for 4 minutes, they it hangs up on me. I called 5 times and the same thing. I work, so this is the earliest I can call. So now, I have to arrange to have someone go down there for me and find out what has happened to my package. That is about a 25 minute drive one way. Do I expect him to find out anything? No, they will tell him either it hasn't been scanned, it's in the back to be delivered tomorrow, or they can't find it, so I must be wrong. (even though he will have in hand UPS tracking number and details).This is definitely NOT the first time this has happened to me and other members of my family. Why can't they just ANSWER THE STUPID PHONE? And I'm sure all these reviews are going to fall on deaf ears and blind eyes, and nothing will change why should I expect anything different

When delivering mail that needs the signature, they don’t knock on the door or ring the doorbell. They just leave the pink slip in your mailbox. Then when you reschedule they don’t show up the day you reschedule. You can’t call them because they won’t answer the phone. It just give you a busy signal. And you can’t call the 1 800 number and speak to an agent asked questions about it because they give you the runaround them too. You go to the post office to pick up the package that was never delivered and they tell you that it’s with the delivery person but you don’t know where it is and that delivery person never shows up.You can’t report them to the BBB because they’re not an accredited business so your review doesn’t affect the score of them as a business. They also send our mail to other neighbors. I have a few neighbors that I trade on a regular basis throughout the year because they can’t seem to get our address right. I live on the corner of a circle.Yet somehow I’m supposed to magically believe that they got all the electoral votes to the right place. ?

I've been calling all morning. No answering the telephones. They delivered a package to my residential parcel locker but nothing is in the parcel locker. I'm agitated about this missing $100 college text book for my daughter.
