Luv this location! My tech, Chris F, was amazing and smart. Solved my issue immediately and walked me thru the phones for upgrade if I wanted. My experience with the Navarre location was awful. I would rather drive 20 miles in the opposite direction than frequent Navarre Verizon again. Thank you Chris for your professionalism and customer service!

DON'T GO TO THIS STORE OR VERIZON! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Our family has been with Verizon for over 17 years, & we have had ENOUGH thanks to the HUGE MESS caused by THIS STORE & it's LYING DECEITFUL EMPLOYEES who refuse to own up to their wrongdoing & we have been fighting through customer service for the last year.
Long story short: went in for a replacement phone, selected phone, then Bobby called his boss regarding a promo. He then places a boxed smartwatch with the boxed phone & said I get the watch free with this phone. I asked if I get a color choice & was told no, this is the watch with the promo.
2 months later, we see we are being charged for the watch (1st month has numerous fees due to new phone, as we expected would happen so we didn't notice the watch charges) & went to store to have it fixed. Bobby argumentatively said he doesn't recall said conversation & it's too late to return device. We said we would cancel our account due to him & he said he didn't care.
We called customer service & finally got someone who listened. They said there was a promo, but for a different watch! We have continued to fight this month after month, just to get the run around! I HATE THIS WATCH! I DON'T EVEN USE IT! I DIDN'T WANT A WATCH!
This store hired an incompetent employee who refuses to own up to his mistake & lies. Verizon customer service refuses to believe us and still has not made this right. SO make the best choice for YOU as a customer and AVOID the HELL we have been through.

Terrible customer service, and complete lack of follow-through on contract obligations. Its been 5 months since I started my contract with Verizon, and I found out two days ago my trade-in phones were never sent to Verizon (theyve been holding them in their messy store for 4-5 months), so my bill is still $250 for two lines. Please stay away from Russell Cellular and avoid Verizon at all costs. They throttle data, provide the worst customer service experience and truly do not offer any help. Go to Google-Fi or Spectrum or Mint.

I have never left a bad review of a company before but what happened to my family and I tonight was absolutely the most insane interaction I have ever had. We Went into the store this evening to the employee sleeping behind the desk. When I walked in my husband and I stated I was there for an Apple Watch, he stated they closed in 15 mins and I could order one online. When I replied “I knew that but wanted to know what ones they had in store” he moaned and eye rolled. He said he was sick and wanting to close the store and again told me to order online. It was the most unprofessional visit to that store that I have ever encountered. I will be contacting management tomorrow when they open and I hope they review the video footage to see the entire interaction along with all that took place and what he said to us. Appropriate measures need to take place to ensure this situation doesn’t happen to another costumer again. I will not be returning to this location again.

Just Now…. Walked in and the Attendant looks half napping. I say hello, he says “hey”. I ask my question…. And he literally closes his eyes and falls asleep. WTH. Customer service is non existent any longer. Version charges too much and delivers No Service? !?!?

So I've put off this review for a couple weeks due to some issues with the phone but as of today everything is wonderful! I cannot possibly say how amazing Cino is! If you're looking for new service and need assistance he is definitely your Man!!! If you follow my reviews you know that I'm a straight shooter! You cannot go wrong with Cino. He's not just selling you a phone or service. He actually cares about the things you need your phone to do. Thanks so much Cino!!

Verizon/Russell CellularI would like to share some information about a situation that began as a nightmare of events, but was turned around in a very positive way.I’ve been a customer of Verizon for many years. I needed to upgrade my phone due to issues. I was having difficulty receiving information I needed from Verizon’s main customer support line, so looked for a local office I could speak to. I ended up with Russell Cellular an Authorized Dealer in Gulf Breeze.I had been given misinformation over the phone that eventually created many problems over the next couple of months and with my bill.Adam Freedman, the manger in Gulf Breeze was fantastic from the moment I walked in the store. Throughout the event he did what he could to help.After trying to get things rectified with both Verizon and Russell Cellular, and eventually reaching a very unkind and rude employee that told me there was nothing I could do, I was ready to cancel my account and go elsewhere.However, once Jeven Russell, the President of Russell Cellular, learned of the numerous incidents, he and other employees worked to correct the situation and verify I was satisfied.I was also concerned about other customers being treated the way I was. I was assured measures were being taken to hopefully prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.I have chosen to remain a customer with both Verizon and Russell Cellular due to these actions. I can not thank Jeven Russell, Rhiannon, and Adam Freedman enough for actually caring about “Customer Service”, something very hard to find today! I hope to continue being a customer for many years to come!??

Despite being busy, Adam was great helping us out with our account problem. He spent two hours on the phone with Verizon representatives working on our behalf. He also helped other customers at this time. He is an excellent manager who helped us tremendously. Highly recommend Adam and this Verizon store.
