Verizon/Russell CellularI would like to share some information about a situation that began as a nightmare of events, but was turned around in a very positive way.I’ve been a customer of Verizon for many years. I needed to upgrade my phone due to issues. I was having difficulty receiving information I needed from Verizon’s main customer support line, so looked for a local office I could speak to. I ended up with Russell Cellular an Authorized Dealer in Gulf Breeze.I had been given misinformation over the phone that eventually created many problems over the next couple of months and with my bill.Adam Freedman, the manger in Gulf Breeze was fantastic from the moment I walked in the store. Throughout the event he did what he could to help.After trying to get things rectified with both Verizon and Russell Cellular, and eventually reaching a very unkind and rude employee that told me there was nothing I could do, I was ready to cancel my account and go elsewhere.However, once Jeven Russell, the President of Russell Cellular, learned of the numerous incidents, he and other employees worked to correct the situation and verify I was satisfied.I was also concerned about other customers being treated the way I was. I was assured measures were being taken to hopefully prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.I have chosen to remain a customer with both Verizon and Russell Cellular due to these actions. I can not thank Jeven Russell, Rhiannon, and Adam Freedman enough for actually caring about “Customer Service”, something very hard to find today! I hope to continue being a customer for many years to come!??

Despite being busy, Adam was great helping us out with our account problem. He spent two hours on the phone with Verizon representatives working on our behalf. He also helped other customers at this time. He is an excellent manager who helped us tremendously. Highly recommend Adam and this Verizon store.

Adam helped me with an issue on my account when he didn’t really have to considering I had already ported my line to another carrier. I really appreciated his time and would recommend him personally .

The company outstanding on many levels. The Tiger Point store doesn't bbq your lunch, but they will make days of time disappear while you're waiting after just asking for a SIM card. A smar staff very knowledgeable looking staff.

Where do I begin? My wife and I went here on 30 September to trade in our phones for the iPhone 15 pro max. We were told they would arrive on 20 October and we would receive a call. It’s now mid November, so I called and spoke with the individual who handles logistics for the store. She stated there wasn’t an order in the system. I found this odd seeing that I have an email order confirmation dated 30 September. To be completely honest, I wasn’t very confident in the competency of the individual who placed our order. He was clearly under the influence. I came to the store today, which was supposed to open at 10, but didn’t open until about 1015. I was greeted by the same salesman, who was even MORE under the influence than before. Does the owner know this is who is the face of their store? I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Looked online and store hours listed as 9am-7pm. I hurry to the store and get there with 5 minutes to spare. They are closed with a sign that says temporary hours 6 pm. There was an individual sitting at a counter in the middle of the store on a computer.

Stopped in today to ask a question about a problem with my flip phone. The door had a big lock on it so we assumed they were closed. Associate came to door and made a rude comment about how he wasn't just sitting there for the heck of it. The screen protector on my flip phone has started to separate from the screen at the fold. I wanted to know if it was a warranty issue or if I needed to go through my insurance. He again made a rude comment about how he would never purchase a phone where the screen folds. I purchased the phone from this store on the recommendation of an associate. I should not be blamed because your company is selling a phone that falls apart after a few months. Will definitely not be back to this location.

Deleted my old positive feedback to leave them now with one star. Service is atrocious. We clearly have a firmware issue, but they were too busy to bother actually attempting to help and instead brushed us off. I will be canceling with Verizon due to the consistent bad experiences more recently from this store. Thanks for absolutely nothing, Russell Wireless team!

This store gave bad information on an IPAD which I was told was free because I added a line. But when I looked at my bill found out it wasn’t free and I was paying for it. when I went to return the IPAD they didn’t refund me all of my money even though it is their fault for giving miss information even though before I got the item I asked them several times to check if the information was correct but was not correct. They also charged me $35 for set up fee which they did not set up the item and did not want to refund the $35. They stated that there is nothing they can do nor can corporate.So they are stealing money from my pocket because they didn’t even perform the service they charged me. I for sure will not go to this place I do not trust this place and feel that they are tricking people to get more money. This is my assumption and experience with this location.

After a disastrous time of failure and literally hours on phone with Verizon online .. Amanda saved me with phones and service they had promised but not followed through with. Go local! Don't buy online. Amanda and Russell cellular rock!!

I will never visit this location again. The associate made a grave error in credits and adjustments when I traded in my phone. This error not only is leaving me in a financial bind with my next bill but caused numerous HOURS on the phone with Verizon to try and figure it out. The first time I spoke with a representative at the store I was told the associate that dealt with my account would call me back-No call- I had to call back. The last time I spoke with a representative I was told a manager would call me back- No call-that was 4 days ago. Never again. I will go to a cooperate store or just do it online.ADDITION- sent an email as requested from the owner on January 11th. No reply or contact.
