This Walgreens has to be one of the worst in customer service. They are always out of my prescription meds and takes more than a week to get it in. Even though I get them all every month. And often when they get them in it’s still a partial fill… So I have to come back twice for the same med that they can’t keep in stock.
I was on hold for one hour and 32 minutes to actually talk to someone recently Although that’s the record I typically wait 20 to 30 minutes if I have to call
Lastly, I was stuck in the drive-through between two cars as car no 2 for over an hour! Even fast food restaurants are smart enough to figure out that if somebody needs to wait more than 10 minutes they can ask them to pull around

Constant errors on filing prescriptions. Trying to transfer to another pharmacy yet they are still filling prescriptions. Also, contacting my doctor to refill a prescription I have not requested and is not on auto refill. I declined to refill auto prescriptions when texted, since I am switching but I keep getting messages that it is too soon to refill. Been on hold for 23 minutes with three callers ahead of me just changes to two callers.
I will say the staff is nice. Seems they are so mismanaged and maybe understaffed though there are several there when I go. Long waits most of the time.

If I could give a zero I would. Whatever you do, do not use this location if you actually need your meds. If you do use them, don’t expect them to answer the phone in under 30 min, or to work on your prescription for the first couple days it’s received.
I just showed up to have my prescription moved to another provider in the drive thru and wasn’t even asked for ID, DOB or any verification. Lady asked if I wanted it filled or transferred and just walked away when I said transferred. I said Hello and she simple replied “Thank You” and moved on.

They charged my insurance first medications we did not pick up. They won't answer the phone for myself or the insurance company so we moved to aCvS.

Wow this pharmacy is just terrible. Plan on waiting at least 30 minutes plus just to pick up a filled prescription. Time to switch to CVS.

No wonder Walgreens is going out of business. The line at the pharmacy is forever long and one person checking you out. They others looks at you like “whatever “.

Whenever my wife and I use the pharmacy at Tiger Point, we are always greeted by the nicest and most professional person possible named Sara. Sara is always so helpful and competent and it’s ALWAYS a pleasure to see her come up to the window. Thank you for being so wonderful and we hope you understand how valuable you are to the customers that you see each day!!!

Verified it was them: Was called at 730pm to ask if I wanted to enroll into a new service for prescriptions.....what legitimate business has the nerve to call people on a work day at 730pm? Send me an email, or actual mail....don't call me. You know what I want at 730pm?...peace and quiet... or sleep before work....not a random call in the evening by some old woman pressing questions.Hopefully the person that thought that was an idea to push on their employees learns from it, or finds a job doing something that doesn't involve customers, a phone line or common sense.

This Walgreens location at Tiger Park Lane is an absolute dumpster fire. It's beyond frustrating that they can't seem to keep common items like syringes and needles in stock. This consistent lack of inventory management is completely unacceptable. Avoid this store at all costs.

I shop here OFTEN AND I HAVE BEEN A HOME OWNER HERE IN NAVARRE FOR YEARS .. I don't know if the guy working there. Today is new but I literally feel like. He followed me around the store. Simply because of the color of my skin he didn't look at anyone else in the store and I'm sure I make more than him.

There was a fill in pharmacist at this Walgreens on 11-4 and 11-5 that has the initials CWA I believe. Anyway, this guy is TERRIBLE. He should NOT be a pharmacist and should not work around people and have the ability to deny people their much needed medications. He told me my script would be ready. I got the text it was ready. Drove 40 minutes to get it and he straight DENIED it. Would NOT let me have it. Gave me the reason being he didn’t know my previous dosage.. this was a new dosage and he somehow knew how many pills I should have.. how if he didn’t know my previous dosage? Then he asked if you could drive to the dr in an hour. Why? Then when I called the next day he answered the phone with “Walgreens. Sorry to disappoint you. I’m not god.” How unprofessional. How incredibly RUDE and arrogant. Denied me again. So I call other Walgreens. They have NO issue filling the script. Problem is? He LOCKED MY PRESCRIPTION. So I couldn’t have it transferred. He told me if I could find a Walgreens to do it, to tell them to give him a call. I did. They called.. and he wouldn’t release it. Even after being told by the 1800 number that he could release it so I could get it filled elsewhere. He would not. This guy played with my life. I neeeded this medication to be able to function. To go to work. To take care of my kids. To live. He didn’t like the medicine and judged me for it. I will do everything in my power to make sure people know about this. I’d like to know his pharmacist number/Id so I can report him to the state of Florida. This is illegal. Denying my medication is one thing. But the way he treated me… was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I have never been treated this way in my 36 years of life. I pray they get rid of him. I pray he is never able to treat another person this way again. He knew how badly I needed my medicine and got pleasure and enjoyment out of saying NO. I went to SOWAL pharmacy in Miramar beach where I was treated with compassion and kindness. Thank god. I also did receive a call from the pharmacy manager I believe who was very apologetic and this has nothing to do with him.. only the fill in they had those few days.
