Verified it was them: Was called at 730pm to ask if I wanted to enroll into a new service for prescriptions.....what legitimate business has the nerve to call people on a work day at 730pm? Send me an email, or actual mail....don't call me. You know what I want at 730pm?...peace and quiet... or sleep before work....not a random call in the evening by some old woman pressing questions.Hopefully the person that thought that was an idea to push on their employees learns from it, or finds a job doing something that doesn't involve customers, a phone line or common sense.

This Walgreens location at Tiger Park Lane is an absolute dumpster fire. It's beyond frustrating that they can't seem to keep common items like syringes and needles in stock. This consistent lack of inventory management is completely unacceptable. Avoid this store at all costs.

I shop here OFTEN AND I HAVE BEEN A HOME OWNER HERE IN NAVARRE FOR YEARS .. I don't know if the guy working there. Today is new but I literally feel like. He followed me around the store. Simply because of the color of my skin he didn't look at anyone else in the store and I'm sure I make more than him.

There was a fill in pharmacist at this Walgreens on 11-4 and 11-5 that has the initials CWA I believe. Anyway, this guy is TERRIBLE. He should NOT be a pharmacist and should not work around people and have the ability to deny people their much needed medications. He told me my script would be ready. I got the text it was ready. Drove 40 minutes to get it and he straight DENIED it. Would NOT let me have it. Gave me the reason being he didn’t know my previous dosage.. this was a new dosage and he somehow knew how many pills I should have.. how if he didn’t know my previous dosage? Then he asked if you could drive to the dr in an hour. Why? Then when I called the next day he answered the phone with “Walgreens. Sorry to disappoint you. I’m not god.” How unprofessional. How incredibly RUDE and arrogant. Denied me again. So I call other Walgreens. They have NO issue filling the script. Problem is? He LOCKED MY PRESCRIPTION. So I couldn’t have it transferred. He told me if I could find a Walgreens to do it, to tell them to give him a call. I did. They called.. and he wouldn’t release it. Even after being told by the 1800 number that he could release it so I could get it filled elsewhere. He would not. This guy played with my life. I neeeded this medication to be able to function. To go to work. To take care of my kids. To live. He didn’t like the medicine and judged me for it. I will do everything in my power to make sure people know about this. I’d like to know his pharmacist number/Id so I can report him to the state of Florida. This is illegal. Denying my medication is one thing. But the way he treated me… was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I have never been treated this way in my 36 years of life. I pray they get rid of him. I pray he is never able to treat another person this way again. He knew how badly I needed my medicine and got pleasure and enjoyment out of saying NO. I went to SOWAL pharmacy in Miramar beach where I was treated with compassion and kindness. Thank god. I also did receive a call from the pharmacy manager I believe who was very apologetic and this has nothing to do with him.. only the fill in they had those few days.

Tried to handle my business on website, website says to call pharmacy with number, I call they hang up on me...twice. So that was on purpose, so I will purposely never go to Walgreens again.

Ethan in the Photo Tech Department in Gulf Breeze was so kind and helpful. He completed a photo collage for me that I never could have done on my own! He went above and beyond with the sweetest and most patient attitude. We need more young men like him in the work force today! Thank you again, Ethan!

I had a great experience with this pharmacy. Jeana went out of her way to help get a prescription transferred, making multiple attempts until she finally was able to get through to our previous pharmacy.

It is pointless to make a reservation here for a vaccine injection. Even an hour after my arrival, still no shot delivered. I was lied to regarding the reason for the delay. I departed without the booster shot and will not ever again visit or purchase anything from Walgreens.3:00 PM appointment made online for second COVID-19 booster. I arrived 10 minutes early at the pharmacy. A representative became available after a 5 minute wait. She asked questions and entered information into the Walgreens system. "Please have a seat and I will get you your paperwork".Thirty minutes later I inquired, "I will get to you in a minute, honey". Ten minutes later I demanded to know what was causing the delay, "insurance".My first three COVID-19 shots were at a CVS store with prompt service and zero wait time for the injection. Total visit time including the 15 minutes post-injection was 25 minutes each.As I mentioned, I will not ever again visit or purchase anything from Walgreens.Update next day: shot admistered by CVS Navarre promptly. In and out in <10 minutes total visit.

I love walgreens. I get all my scripts filled and refilled at the local walgreens at Tiger point. So here why the low rating. Their phone system doesn't work. It kicks you out all the time. Then you are on terminal hold for 15 - 20 mins only to be hung up on not once but 3 times. (Terrible). So you FINALLY get a person on the phone to refill. They say ok we can fill it and then before I can ask when it will be ready....they hang up on me. I get it everyone is short handed. Would it not be better if you took the time to fix your phone system so you could get scripts out to people? 49 mins trying and 6 phone calls is a bit much.

This Walgreens is ridiculous. We have 3 kids and we have appointments for covid tests. They are making us do one test, then get back in line for the second kid. Then get back in line for the third. We have been to other Walgreens and never run into this before. Super odd!!

Came here today to do a doordash order and you know, it's a Walgreens... Meaning that nothing is so unique about this Walgreens as compared to other walgreens, I mean it's typically what you would assume if you had to run to Dollar General or any other store that is a chain. You get what you get and unless something stands out that's unique about that particular store, really your review on one Walgreens is as good as any. There's nothing unique, and I'm not talking down when I say that I just mean it's what you expect when you walk into a walgreens. It was clean. The restrooms were clean.***I guess an easy sum up would be, there's nothing that was standing out that was bad, so therefore I wouldn't avoid this one as compared to maybe the one three or four miles down the road, so nothing was bad they do have good adequate parking it is at the lowest shopping center area, so there was plenty of parking plenty of restaurants nearby so while you're out eating, stop by this place versus another one. Right across the street from the Panda Express, everything was clean and nice and organized. They do have probably two or three more handicap parking spaces than what I would think would be the average, but, we assume I guess in most places have two or three only for handicapped and we have to assume that, I mean any given point there could be more people that need assistance. I think we should have as many as you know probably two per 50 spaces, but I don't know they didn't ask me that lol. They do have adequate parking though, as well as adequate parking for handicap situations.
