Awful service! First of all, the person wasn't even able to move or look behind the TV. After I have done all the work for him, he took the info home and told me he doesn't know what the problem is but he charged me $75 to come. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The rest reviews are probably his friends.

Shout out to Quality Electronics! They helped me on two occasions. Both times were over the phone helping my son with an old tube tv and old Nintendo system. He was very patient and kind. He did not want any payment for his expertise. I highly recommend them for your electronic needs.

I called in the afternoon. He knew what my problem was for my big screen TV and advised me that it was worth getting fixed. He came to the house that afternoon. I was worried when he had to take part of the TV to the shop and he had to order the parts but he promised that he would have it repaired before the Super Bowl. In just a few days Paul came back put everything back together, cleaned the lens inside the TV. Even straighten out some audio problems I was having. With days to spare for a party! Great value.

I brought them a Samsung 55 only a couple of years old. Hurricane Irma power surges in Naples (where the tv was), stopped it from working. Their communication was great. They fixed the flat screen and it works just like new. They saved me from having to purchase a new flat screen and they did it quick and were personable. Highly recommended for people having flat screen issues.

So I finally decided to do something about my Samsung tv taking 15 minutes to turn on. I looked up and called Gulfport Television. The gentlemen who answered, (Paul I believe) was very helpful in explaining what the possible / typical reasons for my delayed start up was. He mentioned there would be a $75.00 diagnosis fee that would go toward the cost of the repair. He then explained that the repair could take anywhere from a day to a week depending on parts and problems. So to get to wrapping up my rant, the repair took just a day and a half. Paul was very informative of the problem and the measures he took. He also gave the tv a full inspection and mentioned that everything else looks to be in great shape. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied I had quality work done. It's a small shop and doesn't exactly stand out but the customer service was outstanding. There is no doubt I will return there if need be.

I recently dropped off my Samsung DLP LED HDTV 50 inch for repair. Paul did an amazing job fixing and repairing my television. He charges $75 for assessing the repair which is then applied to the bill as a credit if you choose to have him complete the work. He stayed in touch keeping me abreast of the progress regarding parts and time frames. I am a happy customer and highly recommend Pauls TV repair shop in Gulfport. Thanks Paul!

Great job! I have a LG HD LCD tv that was having problems. Took it in to have it looked at and diagnosed. Got it diagnosed that day and it was fixed two days later. He charged a diagnosis fee that was then applied to the repair. He ended up repairing a power board with better parts instead of replacing it with a expensive original part to help keep the cost down. total cost, less than $150! The TV works great again! I highly recommend Quality Electronics if you are having any problems with the tv.
