Being new to the area, Jody and Amanda took painstaking steps to keep me informed of the area I wanted to invest in, including but not limited to: rental trends, school information, latest comps, crime stats, return on investment potential in an ever changing market and the best ways to attract the most qualified renters in this region. I have purchased 2 investment properties from Jody , I have referred her to my dearest friend who also purchased a property, my next door neighbor ( whom listed the family property with Jody) and a few others who asked me if I knew a "good" realtor. I responded by stating do you want "good" or do you want exceptional ? Throughout the whole process of selling in a very tough market, I felt completely taken care of both by Tony and his lovely wife Erin. They answered my questions at any hour of the day, recommended trades people when necessary and walked me through the whole process of what would happen during the sale process. People complain about how much they spend on real estate fees. I feel Tony could have been paid more - he certainly earned it. “I rented a home from Bianchi Realty a few months back and found through the neighbors the home was flooded and remodeled last year. The home had a strong smell of mildew coming from the ac vents!! The dryer and dishwasher did not work because they were damaged during the flood. My property manager Justin Farmer went above and beyond to get these problems resolved. He had a mold company come out to do an air quality test, they replaced the HVAC system, fixed the dryer and replaced the old dishwasher with a brand new one! I do not believe Bianchi Realty was aware the home was flooded. Thank you Justin Farmer for all your help making my rental home safe and stress free.
