“My husband recently bought a van for his painting business here. The van didn't have shelves inside or a ladder rack on top and they installed both, at no charge, prior to him picking up the van. My husband took the van to Firestone Auto Care for a minor issue shortly after purchasing van, and Firestone ended up causing other issues which led to my husband to having to have the van towed home by AAA as it overheated. He let Direct Connect know what happened and they had the van towed from our home to their shop and their mechanic fixed Firestones mistakes and didn't charge at all. They even gave us a check paying for half of the Firestone invoice. My husband says he's loving the new van and would highly recommend this place!”
