Apple had to give me another phone and boost wanted to charge me an activation fee. My service was still good. Their service isn’t as good as it once was. I’m now a Verizon customer.

I came to this location yesterday. I switched carriers to become a Boost customer. The girl that helped me was very nice. I received a new phone, a case, and a screen protector. Today I noticed the screen protector had bubbles in it and was lifting around the edges. I came back to the store at 6:10pm. As soon as I opened the door a guy says "Oh no, we're closed." I said, "It says you are open till 7:00." He says "Well not today. I should have locked the door." I tried telling him what the problem was but he didn't care. He even said he wasn't gonna help me.

I went to change my cell phone. from P.R. to Florida and Ivanna guided me through the plans and answered my questions. I managed to get the LG G 6 that I already had with my old company and the same monthly plan with better benefits.
