Unbelievable! I will NEVER come back to this store and will be happy not to see their faces again. No wonder they have bad ratings. I tried to call the pharmacy yesterday, was unable to reach anyone. Today when coming in to get a Covid test, although it says drive thru "recommended" it is NOT a requirement. So I should receive the same treatment as someone else. They didn't ask nor take my ID or insurance card. When someone else was complaining about the wait time, instead of telling them to be patient and making side remarks they should have been considerate and showed empathy; no customer service whatsoever.Also, they didn't even want to take my testing bag, I had to go outside, walk in drive thru and drop it off in the bin. Suggestion for next time, you can put a mask on and get some gloves and take it. Employees need more training.

Please, CVS. Explain how not once, but on 3 separate occasions, text messages for prescriptions go out saying they are ready, yet when I show up, it's not even in the store. How can you expect me to just go along with "Well, I don't know how that was possible for a text to go out." or "That doesn't make sense." or today it was "Oh. I believe you, but it was only ordered on Friday, when you were here, so it should be here tomorrow."Newsflash. I wasn't even in the state in Friday. I was in to pick up something else on 1/24/23. I was told it likely came in with the shipment, but they hadn't opened it yet and to come back after 3. I got a text at 5:07 pm that it was ready, drove over, only to find the wait time insanely long and we just couldn't wait. Then on Thursday, 1/26/23 I get another reminder that it's ready. And on Friday, 1/27/23, I get ANOTHER text saying it's ready and will be held until 2/7. Yet according to your store, I was in the store on Friday and it was only just ordered. And this is not the first time this situation has happened. It's one thing if it's out of stock and there is a shortage. But tell me. Don't lie to me. This is an extremely important medication, and if you don't have it, I need to work with the doctor to find where I can get it.You need to do better. It's ridiculous to expect us to call to verify the text messages, make us "activate" a prescription even though a doctor has already prescribed it, and not be willing to be of more help. Now I'm faced, at no fault of my own, with having 2 family members without very important medications. Oh, and making it sound like it's my fault because of when I picked up the last prescription - even thought that was when you sent the text that it was finally ready - is also not cool. Time to find another pharmacy, I suppose.

Entered store to pick up item only available here. Visited the restroom while here and found it horrible condition. Fecal matter smeared across toilet and walls, urine on floor and around urinal. All of which looked as if was sitting for quite some time and store was not busy. Cashier was not very customer oriented and when I shared the restroom condition, she acted like she was aware and could care less. Highly disappointing for Health service establishment. Needless to say I will not be returning here.

Management should have the pharmacy department rotate lunches. I’ve never been to a pharmacy where they close at all. It’s no wonder this store has the worst ratings in town. Not to mention the store smells of mildew.Just awful.

Had to do self checkout because nobody was around to help. There was a sale on drinks and when I asked for help the lady came with an attitude saying I need a CVS card. I out my number in and she seemed to be upset about helping with self checkout.If you make people do YOUR job. There should be some sort of discount. I don't work here but I have to do your job?

Really since before COVID this situation has been this way. And I wasn't changing just because I thought they had a lot of work due to the pandemic! Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. The guy told me he had to update the medical info so I should come back in an hour. AN HOUR TO UPDATE MEDICAL INFO!!!! do not waste your time going to this store. There are a plenty of other options!!

They are very very slow! It’s ridiculous how long it takes for them to fill a Rx or answer the phone. I’m calling HQ
