If I could give a negative z-ro I would. CVS pharmacy at 35799 Hey 27 Haines City FL, employees are Unprofessional, Untrained and Rude for no good reason. They have the training and manners of a wild coyote.

Horrible customer service night guy on cashier 7/1/24 grayish hair with glasses always has attitude with customers when I’ve ALWAYS come to this cvs and have had not an issue with any other employee .

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went to CVS because I had some prescriptions to pick up. Grabbed a cart and put items in it 8 items to be exact. Elizabeth was the name of the girl who helped me in the pharmacy. I was the only person in line. I begin to put my items up on the counter while she looks for my meds. She gives me my receipt and tells me I need to go to the front with my items never heard this in the history of me going here or any other pharmacy. I ask for a manager then manager tells her to do it because again zero line behind me. She scans all my items and tells me it 66 dollars I then asked her can I put my rewards card she sighed then was like go ahead turned her back on me then the total was 44 big difference. Horrible customer service horrible attitude no wonder this place has bad reviews. ELIZABETH is the best example of the worst customer service you can get steer clear. Disappointing I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Came to pick up a photo order that had been pre-ordered and was said to be ready for pick up. After waiting over 15 minutes (without even an acknowledgement) I had to go searching for someone to help me. Someone showed up about 5 minutes later and then proceeded to take another 5 minutes to find the order that was found "way in the back.". I would recommend heading to another CVS down the road (or the Walgreens across the street) even if you have to drive a bit, because this one is just a mess.

Unfortunately I have to say something when I never do. I couldn't find my daughters' recipe, two of them, and they gave it to me incomplete. I call, I ask for them, I complain politely and they still don't apologize. I guess they don't care if they lose patients.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for the last three years with the same insurance and today I went to pick my daughters medicine and the lady said they never accepted my insurance. If they stop accepting it, they should call or text that they are not longer accepting the insurance instead of going back and forth saying they never did.
