This is single-handedly, the most unprofessional Dollar General I have ever been in due to the fact of the employees, there is employee who works cashier, who was so rude, you'll know when you go in where's glasses light scanned it. If you ask any questions she gets an attitude. And it's playing out nasty. Demeanor, i simply asked about a price of something she wrung up for me and she had an attitude and this has happened on more than one occasion, but the most recent was as of yesterday and I asked, did they give me the correct price and I was told, what do you think? What does it say on the screen? And I explained to her that I don't work at Dollar General, how would I know what the price change is?She told me that she doesn't know either.The system doesn't tell her and slammed my stuff in a bag, being that I'm a business owner of a company as well, she should be fired on the spot. It's very disrespectful for you to talk to people like their trash but they're spending money in your store if I could give this. Place less than 1 star, they would get it.

District level management has made this store and others a horrible place to shop. And work all the good people and left this location, there so desperate they re-hire employees who have walked off the job and have horrible work ethic. There hiring pool is just getting worse.

this store is going downhill very quickly. Their decent employees are no longer there. The service is unprofessional. The owner needs to look into how the store is operating and get it together.

All around 0 stars for me wish i didnt have to choose not even 1 star. This is the worse dollar general ive ever been to. No buggies, stuff everywhere, walked out with broken bags.

I love this Dollar General. I always find great deals and the Indian lady (with glasses) I don't remember her name, she is always kind and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!! This store is TRASH. For the last two weeks I’ve been trying to buy some stuff from this store and every damn time they are closed during daylight for no reason!! This is ridiculous

I went by Dollar General at 2051 S 30th St, Haines City, FL 33844 today March 28, 2025 and found the parking lot empty , I hope they haven't gone out of business, I love this location, anyone out there knows what happen?

There are signs posted which list the current store hours and provide a link to locate other area stores. Great location if they stayed open during store hours. I’ve been 3 separate times at various times and they were closed for seemingly no reason.

Since they opened they have been randomly closed about 5 times I am going to stop in Lake Hamilton or family dollar on Hinson it's such a pain to get there and they are closed so I have to go through a lot of traffic to get what I need so I won't count on them at all

This is the worst. Dollar General, I've ever been to. When they first opened the open near my house I was very happy, but within a month or 2,. I don't know why they're open they never have products on the shelf. Their shelves are always empty. And you ask the workers, and they say they make up a lie saying. People buy out our products. That's not true. You'd go there different days of the week and they never have anything. I'm not understanding why they're still open...it's a waste of time!

The store was a little crowded with merchandise but you can tell the workers were getting busy in putting everything in it's place and placing the boxes all in one spot to avoid trips and fall hazards. Everyone is so polite and friendly. I would definitely shop here again when I'm in the area for work.

First time I've ever seen at Dollar general that opens at 9 closes mid-afternoon then opens up again at 6:30 p.m., that is the worst time to open back up because people want to stop by after they get off of work to pick things up that they might need for dinner that evening, and I definitely not going to wait around till 6:30, won't ever go back in again and I live out here.
