The service with the doctors is excellent, but when you call by phone that service does not work... the robot answers you, and you get tired of waiting, at the end you have to leave the message, as I said before, the doctors are great, but the front desk to answer is a failure. That always happens, it's not just now. Thank you

Dr. Santiago Torres is one of the most professional and caring physicians I have ever trusted my care to. The staff at this clinic is also very compassionate and always willing to help their patients as needed.

My mother has been a patient at this office for over 5 years and the staff and service is worse than it has ever been. My mother has been waiting for referrals since her hospital f/u visit after a stroke and we still have no response 2 wks later from the doctor or her nurse. I have left messages 4x with the doctors nurse and 3 other front desk staff members. I have called 2 other times to speak with the office manager and have been put on hold both times for so long that the voicemail has picked up, so no office manager has been spoken to. The front desk doesn't even call you back if they see that you are no longer on hold waiting to be spoken to. I am an office manager for 2 doctors offices for 35 years and I have never, ever treated patients or family members in this manner. If I am made aware that one of my staff members was treating patients that way, I would speak with the doctor and then reprimand the staff member. If my offices accepted my mothers insurance, I would not be writing this review because my mother would not be seen at that office. She likes the doctorand deals with this mess, but I will not allow this to continue to happen. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone be seen by this office if they are looking for quality or even decent service!!

Mal servicio al paciente muchos de los empleados y unos de los doctores y la gerente son bien poco profesional y deberían tomar clases de servicio al cliente porqué es un servicio brindado para la salud muy poca amabilidad si pudiera darle darle un cero lo haría

if i could give negative 100 stars - i would - the office staff is so incredibly incompetent it astounds me that they could ever work in the medical field - like literally so unhelpful - the most useless people on the planet - a rock has more use than these people - they tell lies are condescending and rude - seriously needs to new hires all around better management

IF I COULD GIVE 6 STARS I WOULD DO IT, THIS OFFICE SEEMS TO ME TO BE THE BEST IN FLORIDA AT THIS TIME, ITS DOCTORS ARE EXCELLENT, THE STAFF IS WHAT I LIKED THE MOST OF THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE, AS THEY ARE ALL SUPER FRIENDLY AND IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IT IN THIS STATE, I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT THE TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THE YOUNG KIMBERLY SANABRIA, SHE IS A VERY PROACTIVE YOUNG WOMAN, ALWAYS THERE TO HELP YOU AND WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE, VERY KIND AND SERVICEFUL WITH ALL HER PATIENTS OFFICE, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR GOOD TREATMENT

Establishment is very clean, friendly and prompt. Having an appt makes the visit easy and keeps things really moving in schedule. It's not easy going for medical help but once you establish it's easy to make things move smoothly.

IF YOU WANT TO LIVE you better find a different doctor. My friend Cindy Contreras was his patient ( google her obituary) and she was on blood thinners from having blood clots in her lungs. She went in about a month ago telling him she was having trouble breathing and he told her it was the humidty( mind you , her blood clots were in her lungs) . She died two later at 63 . This is a total QUACK… you better RUN. All she needed was a X-ray…

Have called 5 times left multiple messages and the pharmacy has requested medication refills for 3 weeks now and STILL HAS NOT sent refill to pharmacy!!!!!! I always have to call multiple times to get anything done! But this is ridiculous!!!

First time and last time visiting Dr.Lama Office my daughter was seem today by a lady Dr.my daughter was not seem for the reason of her visit.after waiting an hour to speak back with the doctor inside the waiting area again. Finally we get call back into the room.once she came in she asks what's wrong I advise her she spoke on a condition that's wasn't an issue at this time which she wasn't here for and she needed to be treated for the reason of her visit which was listed on the admission paper.She spoke about my daughter condition and never gave anything to treat the condition.I find it highly unprofessional for a doctor to tell a patient if you don't like what I'm saying you can find another doctor office to go visit.After departing wasting 3 hours there I took my daughter to baycare to be care for and treated.In my closing We all deserve to be treated equal.

Excellent experience at DR. Lama Medical Center. Dr. Jimenez cares for his patients. Always has time for My husband and myself Dr. Jimenez is an excellent Dr. The staff is always ready to help and answer questions excellent customer service. I truly recommend Dr. Lama Medical Center to everyone.

Dr Lama has been my primary doctor for over 10 years and he and all his staff are wonderful. I also get Botox injections from him and I get compliments all the time on how much smoother my skin is now. I highly recommend him !!!!!
