“Shakira Vivera, i’m telling you, what a customer service person , This lady has a big smile on her face And you can tell she enjoys her job I would give her five stars just for her customer service ability.. My situation was a little complicated and this girl didn’t stop until she was able to resolve it and what I came in the store for was done. She’s definitely a keeper for your company!!!! Tena Ramer”

“Milton was so amazing he really helped me during a time that i needed the help. He doesn’t even know. He fixed my bill and my phone bill is now at 90 bucks. Thanks again. He made my day and he didn’t even know how much of a bad day i already was having. It’s so rare to find someone to go above and beyond. Also saving anything on a bill is necessary right now.”

“I have never received the service in any of the locations that I received today. It was above amazing. Ariana was just the best explaining us the perks and verbalizing all she was doing on the account and all the benefits we would have. She was detailed and just a charm to deal with. She is a rockstar. Keep it up.”
