I walked in here and Jazzy took care of my issue in less than 5 minutes. Amazing customer service, very attentive and although my attitude was on 1,000 she remained calm and reassured me that she would try her best to resolve my concerns while apologizing for the less than knowledgeable reps that I encountered before.
