I am in my 60's and I have traveled and lived in many states, however, I really think Hector is one in a million. First, his calm demeanor is appreciated. He does not try to talk you into buying things you are not ready to do. He is extremely knowledgeable ,and most importantly, he listens and does what is best for the customer . I will make sure that every time I need something I will ask for Hector. Hector is the type of person who should move up the ladder fast in leadership.
