I took my car here to get my axles replaced and they were amazing . Renado was awesome , he was able to get the work done in the same day since we went early . He explained everything really well . The lady in the front office was pleasant ( I read other reviews mentioning her as rude ) but I had a great experience with her . I’m really happy I found this place . From the outside it might not look too nice but they know what they’re doing and their price was given upfront , didn’t try to make me do anything extra and they were even cheaper then all the mobile mechanics on Facebook .

What a great experience I have had with this Auto Service. Renato has done a great job with my wife's car despite the many problems it has. The Guillen's family is one of the nicest and humblest I have had the pleasure to meet and spend time with. These people really strive to offer you the best service possible at an affordable price. If you have to repair your car do not go anywhere else other than Guillen Auto Service. You will feel like part of a family and not a customer. These guys are amazing!!!Super nice and helpful! My granddaughter alternator went out,they got her in same day and it was done in 3hours and charged her battery to make sure it was ok. price was very reasonable,now they will be my go to mechanics.I have since taken another car there and they were fantastic.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Money hungry and greedy. Try to squeeze as much out of you as possible. Charged extra to replace spare to position under vehicle after already charging inflatated pricing. Will not be going back under any circumstances.

So I brought my car here because my door wasn't closing. So they fix the door good but I had 3 different problems 1)was the broke my handle for the door 2) all my window work before I took it over there and now none of them work 3)when they put back the handle that they broke now you can't open it from the inside. I went back to them couple days later and they was trying to make it seem like it was my fault when literally everything work before I took it to them. I went there with 1 problem and left with 3 more problems. I WOULDN'T EVEN TELL MY ENEMY TO GO THERE. THEY ARE SHADY TREE MECHANICS.Services: Body & Trim

Apararently this place is not open until 5pm on Saturday. Guy that calls with the quotes does not give accurate information. Told me the did things that were not on my invoice. I told him I was coming on Saturday to talk about it. Got here at 315pm and shop is all locked up. Unfortunate because I do feel they do good work but definitely need a manager that is on top of these things
