I paid for express to get my shirts done. They told me 2-3days. Unfortunately it took 2 weeks for me to get my shirts back. I never got a call or text saying my shirts were going to take longer. I had to ask for a refund on the express payment, which he agreed to.When it was time to pick up, the person was not available according to his shop hours. So I had to make another inconvenient trip (gas is too high) to pick up my shirts.Better communication on order status, and being in place according to the store hours advertised would have made this experience a lot smoother.The embroidery on my shirt looks great.

I ordered some shirts from Amazon weeks before my wife’s graduation for her masters degree and they emailed me the day before saying that it was gonna be late I went to Melbees here in Haines city and ask him if he could do it for the next day and we had just a few shirts and he came through so I’m sold with Melbess embroidery and printing shirt He always does a great job on my kids school shirts and anything I order from him they’re awesome
