Went today to upgrade my phone and was worried about missing information from my old device. They literally turned me down and told me go to the other Haines city store and there wifi will be better. Very bad business

The staff does not know what they are doing or saying and the manager Osmary has horrible treatment, she is very arrogant and does not even let people talk.

I went there today with my old broken phone hoping to get it fixed.a nice young man was very polite and helpful.He opened up the phone and showed me the water damage......then sold me a nice new phone for a great price and helped me set it up with my contacts and photos.....I think his name is Jeff.......a great guy....he helped an old man get through a crisis !

Went to this store for the T-Mobile Tuesdays giveaway and Jessica was so amazing. I will go to the store on Hinson Avenue in Haines City for all my Metro buys. Never been to a metro by tmobile store that the associate was so nice, friendly and down to earth. Make sure to ask for Jessica. Thank you so much Jessica.

Switch to metro looking for better service and Jessica was great at explaining all the service for metro and the benefits I get on the 60 plan, best option I did thank you Jessica you were AMAZING!
