Visited this branch over the weekend to buy my wife a New Phone. Katie was our store rep that took care of us and she was amazing. She was professional, attentive and knowledgele . I highly recommend Katie like I said in the beginning she was amazing. Thank you

We got scammed. The white lady in the front was super nice so I’m not sure why she scammed us into paying for a $35 plan with insurance. We came in with my cousin to get an account open. She asked her for the $25 Plan. When she went to set up auto pay when we got home, we realized that she put us on a $35 plan with insurance which made the cost way more than it needs to be. Thankfully the online representative corrected the issue. We do not need Insurance on an old phone that we brought in.They probably get some kind of incentive for adding insurance to plans or opening up new lines. It’s disgusting and they’re turning out to be the Wells Fargo of Phone companies. Please ask for a receipt and a detail of your account before leaving the store and calling the online customer service care to make sure you’re on the right plan because they will be deceptive just to make a few coins. Also, she didn’t provide a receipt, I see why now

This message is for the Company you have a messed-up policy in place. if I can't get a pin code sent to my phone I have to get up and go inside a store to verify my identity. I don't have legs I get everything delivered to my house. it's very distasteful as a company to ask someone with a disability to find a way to your store then get hung-up on because no one can help me over the phone. There has to be a policy in place to help the bed bond people or person with a disability that can just walk into metro pcs. hey metro even if you sent the pin code to the phone doesn't mean it's the person who owns the phone on the other end. so, it's still not a safety measure that works.

Great experience..walked in n was greeted by associate who was assisting customer. Within minutes another associate came in n took care of me. After transaction she asked if she could do anything else..then thanked me for choosing metro.

The 5G phones are no better than 4G with their service. Everytime I had a question it was answered with another pushy sell from the young guy. Kept saying his routine "that's how I am too'". Very odd replies.....
