I was very disappointed today, I’ve been with this office for many years and bought 3 pairs of MK and 1 pair of Ray Bans last year I took my Ray Ban frames for my new prescription & have been wearing them since, today after taking a pair of MK for my new prescription I was called with the”” unfortunate news that they broke my frame and offered me a new frame that my insurance pays for free or a different option of frame for 20$ or a 50% off of a pair of MK frames of 250 and over priced glasses, which I have already paid for for my personal frames I bought from them…. Then was told or you can take your broken frames back, that I didn’t brake, why would you do that, they can keep my broken frames and this will be reported, meanwhile I was given a paper to feel out from their policy that if they broke my frame they were not responsible, so why didn’t they give me that the day of my appointment procedure… of course I’m not gonna sign it now, if you already broke them, I would have took the responsibility accordingly if that were the case, but you call me the day when it was all said and done, and with no new prescription to wear without a frame as well smh so unprofessional. Next time have your paper work policy’s in order for this not to happen to anyone else.

First problem we had was making an appointment. We are a family of 4 and they said it’s policy they can only see 2 a day, even though there were appointments available.Second thing is the disgusting waiting room and poorly cleaned rooms. There was dirt and greasy head marks all over the walls. In the room was a nice big hole in the wall. The carpets were filthy and magazines were everywhere.Third is the customer service and employees. Not one respectful person was encountered. The first employee doing the eye test was so grumpy. The second one that came over was very inappropriately dressed. Her clothes were so tight and her appearance was over the top. I was embarrassed to have my son see that. The doctor was a little cocky. She seemed put out that there was 2 of us to be seen in the same room.Lastly is the price of glasses. This place of course will carry every name brand like Tiffany, and RayBans. But when it comes to affordable frames, the selection sucks. The employee looks at us in disgust because we asked to see those.We of course called the manager about our experience. We don’t hide behind screens. She claimed she “will take care of it.” She also said we should “give them another visit”. We cancelled our future appointment and quickly found a family friendly eye doctor elsewhere. The response and lack of concern from her wasn’t good enough. Take care of your business. First impressions are everything.

Dr. Jacob was fantastic and very patient with me. I was alittle skeptical when I noticed the phoropter lenses were alittle dirty and smudged from wear. When the doctor asked what view was clearer, The phoropter or the old prescription? I said my old prescription. He explained you'll adjust to the new prescription over time, That the lenses in your own glasses will be clearer than the phoropter lenses. Two weeks later, When first putting on my new glasses, I immediately jumped the gun saying the view looks worse. But the gentleman Robin who did the glasses fitting was there to calm me down and explain to me it'll seem alittle rough at first but over time your eyes will adjust. After acouple of hours, I can say the brand new prescription is perfect and clearer than the old. After almost 15 years, I completely forgot how difficult it is jumping to a new prescription. Thank you so much to the employees who were so patient and calming to my difficult attitude. I also really appreciate Robin, He completely readjusted my old frames that was stubborn and always rested slanted on my face. I will be staying a MyEyeDr customer for years to come! My favorite thing is my new glasses came with a hard shell case and not a clear cheap plastic one that America's Best gave me years ago.

I have never had an issue in the visits I've had at this location. I'm always seen on time and the eye doctors I've seen are very professional and answer all of my questions.

I had an appointment today and was 5 min late because I have two autistic son and the traffic was bad in the morning I tried to call in advanced it kept going to voicemail nobody answered And the guy was not nice didn’t even try to help my kids missed school to come here they showed no sympathy or even tired to help sometime mothers need a little more sympathy then just I can’t help you today I just felt they to rude with attitude even when I tried to call to make another appointment.

Melinda, The girl who is in charge of the lenses area took her time and is very professional in the area she works in, I recommend her.

I got in right away, before my appointment was even scheduled. The doctor fixed my prescription and the guy there was very personable and helped me choose the best glasses for me

My father had an appointment here and the first lady to attend him was very rude and had a bad attitude! I do not recommend this place at all! I would better recommend going to optical outlets or America’s best!

This place is a ripoff all they want is to overcharge the patients for their glasses and lenses. The front desk needs lots of training and customer service specially the girl name Miranda she has a such of a nasty attitude and rude. She made my daughter an appointment for contacts fitting and we I got there they were trying to make me reschedule after confirmation because they didn’t have anyone available to do the fitting (Mind you this is the second time they do this) so I made them see my daughter because I took off from work to do this and then they want to reschedule without a call? NO, NOT ACCEPTABLE. NOT RECOMMENDED…

I got a pair glasses but I didn't use it. took in adjusted it and I told him that it didn't seem right cause I was getting a headache, but they just gave me another appointment and that was it and I've been having these glasses for a whole year doing nothing I had to use my old ones, now I have to get a new pair glasses and I'm thinking of going somewhere else to get it. Thank you.

this place needs to train there workers. the young skinny lady that sits in the front with her hair up on a bun has very bad customer service, I myself work in customer service and if there is an issue I tried to solve the problem that is call customer service. this girl didn't even bother to call the insurance to see why my insurance wasn't registering as I did while I was there instead with no voice coming from her she just put the paper on the counter not explaining anything. HORRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. as i sat there i also checked out how she handle the next client not a hello or welcome if she doesn't like her job then she should move over and give it to another person who is need to work. BTW i am not Francisco Claudio My name is Lydia Figueroa. I needed to check my eyes ASAP as I am diabetic but maybe this wasn't the place to have it done. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Terrible, not recommend. They gave me an incorrect eye exam and because of the I still don't have glasses. The prices for there glasses are ridiculously high. The only nice thing are the seller's.

Please don’t make appointments here, I waited almost two months for my appointment for them to call and to tell me my appointment was cancel because I didn’t answer a call to “confirm” when I already confirm it online TWO times, and then they wanna change the appointment for a different day and time when is not available in my schedule, DONT waste your time making a appointment here.
