We preordered pizza to be delievered at 7pm.I called at 720 to ask the statusI was informed that it hadn’t been picked up yet and this was on my lunch break so I asked about how much longer and I was so I guess you can come get it if you really want to or cancel it and I asked to speak to a supervisor And she came back and she goes it’s been picked up so there’s nothing nobody will do for you and then hung up on meMy food did not arrive until 750 and I almost didn’t get to eat it because it was on my lunch break and they basically said there’s nothing they can do that. They’re just busy and tough luck. despite pre-ordering it more than two hours in advance to ensure that it was here on time and then they had a DoorDash driver, bring it and not a Pizza Hut driver which if I wanted to order through DoorDash I would have

On my visit I request a petition to the staff members on how prepare my order. And they did it perfectly. So far has been the best experience I’ve ever had with any pizza place in the area. Great place 100% recommend this place no doubt.Wheelchair accessibility: Many parking spots

I hope the owner reads these reviews. I drive for a delivery service and had to have my support team cancel 2 orders due to the lady at the front not wanting to give them to me. She told another customer it would be an hour wait then changed it to an hour and 30 mins that person walked out. Do you like to lose money bc I don't. This lady is losing you money. She might get paid by the hour but I don't.

I have enough points for a free large pizza that are expiring soon. So I tried for over 1/2 hour to get one ordered online. It wouldn't let me order one. I took my phone in the store and they tried, couldn't do it either. I told the employee to stop. The time spent on trying to get what they offered me wasn't worth it. Her time as well as mine is worth something.I gave her my order and thanked her very much for her time and aggravation. She gave me my pizza for free and apologized for who takes care of IT.I give Pizza Hut corporate a 1 star and pizza hut IT a 1 star.But this pizza hut gets out of 5 stars!!

Walked in to a full lobby as to be expected on a Saturday night. I placed my order and it didn’t really take too long. I did hear the manager yelling at her employees many times as the reviews below stated and not a coaching form of yelling- more like talking down to them. I heard her correct her pizza makers about putting too much bacon on my extra bacon pizza and when I got my pizza there was definitely not extra bacon. Also heard manager, make a joke about an employee not knowing what fries look like because she never refills them at that point everyone in the kitchen looked at this girl and started laughing. DO BETTER! You would be nothing without your team and I promise I’m in the same field and do the exact same job for a different company and I would NEVER clown on my employees like she did tonight and BULLY them. I ordered to see what competitors in my area are putting out and needless to say, nothing to be proud of at Pizza Hut. Cheaper but you get what you pay for.

My experience was HORRIBLE. I received a message at 2:04pm that my order left for my house. The order arrived at 2:36pm. And I live 10 minutes from the pizza hut. The pizza arrived cold, the soda was no longer cold. And to complete it, I ordered some cheese sticks and some cinnabon and they put them in the same box. The cinnabon tasted disgusting since it caught the smell of the cheese sticks. Who puts salty along with sweet? The worst experience.

I don’t know where to start.. this is a new location and the staff (front and manger) have No customer service skills at all yelling to staff to do XYZ. But what really upset me was uncooked pizza. I ordered a super supreme minus a few toppings and the center of the pizza is raw the cheese not melted. When I picked up I mentioned it to the staff and their response do you want us to put it back it? Like it was huge inconvenience for them I refused I know better then to return food and by the look of the staff they will definitely to something to my food!!!! Good way to waste 3 hours of your day. Accidentally ordered takeout, called to correct it to delivery. Lady took my address, confirmed order, tip and said it would be on the way soon. Over an hour later my wife went in to the store to see what the hold up was… our order was still marked pickup. Even though we just called to change it to delivery. Just got our refund and left. Never again.

AS A CUSTOMER I TRY TO ORDER BY PHONE THEY ALWAYS HAVE EXCUSES THE RECORDER FOR EXAMPLE TODAY SAID THAT THEY WERE CLOSED DUE TO THE WEATHER I CALLED TWO HOURS THEN THEY ANSWER IT AND TOLD ME 20 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING THAT I COULD NO LONGER ORDER BECAUSE OF THAT THEY SHOULD FIRE ALL THOSE STAFF THEY DO NOT SERVE THE FOOD IN DELIVERY, IT ARRIVES VERY LATE AND COLD AND THE ATMOSPHERE IN THE STORE DUE TO THE ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES IS HEAVY! AND THE SERVICE BY DELIVERY OR IN STORE IS HORRIBLE DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST IN THE WORK. THANK YOU
