This was my first visit to this office, and I'm really happy with Lisa's work. She took me in as a walk-in without an appointment, which is exactly what most customers want. She was the one who texted me today. You have no idea how much you helped me today, Lisa. Most other offices were busy and very expensive, but RC was affordable, and what a clean office! Thank you so much for your help. I hope you're willing to help me in the future.

The office in Haines city is fabulous. These ladies work hard to greet you when you walk in. My appointment was at 10 Luisa was not done with her client and came out to lobby introduced herself and informed me she would be a few minutes. No problem she came and got me took time with me during my appointment and answered all my questions. She is great. Isabel came over remember me from last year spoke to me reminded me of a few things for next years taxes. It was a great experience.

I could have sworn I reviewed these guys, but can't find where! Isabel at RC has been doing our business monthly taxes for a year and it has taken so much off us! She just did our personal and business taxes for the year and I couldn't be happier. She's so friendly and she got us back more than expected. And you can't beat the price, she's really great at her job! Don't be surprised if you have to wait, even with an appointment. Just be patient, they are worth it!!! I feel I could say so much more, but bottom line is we couldn't be happier, so glad I found them. Thank you for everything.
