Just went into the bank to open an account and was greeted horrible, I said good morning do I need to sign in to open an account and right away she looked at her watch and said what you want to do? Have a seat and I’ll get to you. The only office lady in there…she sounded Jamaican, already bad customer service…I walked out and would not be going back there anymore, I’ll be taking my business to Wells Fargo. Good luck to those going there!

The worst, service and time is the work...Branch Managet went to lunch while im still waiting and the other lady is working with someone. These people are slow slow and dont care. What Branch Manager leave a customer just wsiting. He walking back n forth like he is on vacation. I dont appreciate it.

Whyyyyyyyy!?!?!?! Why is the drive thru sooo slooowwww, EVERYTIME it takes forever, 45min to an hour with only 3 cars OR Less in line! I don't understand. There is one girl who is always pleasant, nice or apologetic, but everyone else seems to be in their own lil world, I just don't understand.. n with all the complaints about this issue in particular nothing is ever done about it?!? I don't understand the thinking here, there's no method to the madness just madness. Please for the love of SANITY pick up the pace. Smh.

Dear Truist BankI wanted to take a moment to share my experience with one of your cashiers at the Haines city location. During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of working with Yvelaine and I must say that the level of customer service I received was simply outstanding.From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Yvelaine greeted me warmly and made me feel valued as a customer. They were patient in answering all of my questions and took the time to explain any policies or procedures that I was unfamiliar with.What impressed me most, however, was Yvelaine’s attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. They were thorough in verifying and helping us by opening not only one bank account, she opened two bank accounts and at the same time she work as a cashier and at the same time she work at the drivetrue .Before arriving at the Truist bank I tried to open my account in 3 different banks and the only one who helped me was Truist really Yvelaine helped me I felt confident that my financial needs were in good hands and I left the bank feeling satisfied and calm.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Truist bank and believe that Yvelaine truly represents the high standard of customer service that your bank aims to provide. Yvelania is great person, great customer services, attention to detail. My first time in truist I feel so so welcome. Persons like her it’s really hard to found for real. She need a raise for sure. ? I hard a really bad experience with WF and try to find another bank. No doubt.

This bank has horrible customer service an cares nothing about its customers. It takes forever, I hate having to go inside. The ATM hasn't worked half the time for months. They fix it and then it doesn't work again. Please replace it with a modern, fast ATM that works. Other banks have good ones. Why don't you?

Just a brief synopsis of my experience with Truist Bank. Having been a multiple account holder with Sun Trust/Truist for the previous 17 years they created a situation for me that was very costly. I deposited a larger than normal (for me) check issued from Morgan Stanley-Smith Barney, a national investment firm. Truist perceived this check to possibly be a fraudulent act. They froze all my banking capability for nearly a month for what they initially advised would be seven to ten business days. All of my scheduled payments thru bill pay were returned with fees attached. The funds of the check were removed from Morgan Stanley within three days and in Truist possession but still my account was frozen. Truist also advised they would reimburse for my returned fees if the check turned out to be legitimate. Of course the check real. I have requested with documentation reimbursement of fees but Truist has elected so far not to provide any expenses incurred. I no longer have any confidence in Truist Bank and will be "moving along" to another institution with customer care that is helpful.

Carlos was a great help when we learned that my husband account was hacked. The only issue we have is on the phone they transferred my husband three time instead of freezing the account right away. Not the first time that the phone experience was terrible.

It is most worst bank in the world. So bad service and the wait time is too long all the time, through the drive t or inside in the bank. Very bad and just considered to find another bank and transferred my accounts.

If there was a way to put zero stars... I would!I have been on the phone for 3 hours with no answer and no results. I have been in the lobby waiting for 1 hour already with no help.The guy in the "branch Leader's" office told the lobby that there are only 2 employees and the wait is u determined.This is horrible and will definitely look into banking at a different bank.Truly avoid this bank at all costs!!!!
