I have come a few times at the Haines City location and each time I have had the pleasure of having Hector. I am in my 60's and I have traveled and lived in many states, however, I really think Hector is one in a million. First, his calm demeanor is appreciated. He does not try to talk you into buying things you are not ready to do. He is extremely knowledgeable ,and most importantly, he listens and does what is best for the customer . I will make sure that every time I need something I will ask for Hector. Hector is the type of person who should move up the ladder fast in leadership. I highly recommend this place for efficiency and fairness.

I walked into the store hoping to upgrade. I had previously called to find out pricing so I knew what to expect to pay. This woman agent pulls her cell phone out to calculate taxes and activation fee. I asked how much the activation fee was she said $40 but I had to pay $125 with zero down. Then she said oh sorry it would be $110. I leave the store and call customer service to find out I should have only been charged $86 dollars. Those agents are stealing from customers and tmobile.

This store is one of the best t-mobiles I’ve been too it was very clean and the customer service was great. I came in to pay a bill and check about upgrading my phone. Not only was I helped through setting up my autopay so I didn’t have to come in store anymore to pay a bill I was assisted with upgrading and setting up my phone. They also helped me connect it to my watch and put the case and screen protector on for me. I left that store with everything set and ready to go and I was super pleased with the experience.

The customer service of this store exceeded my expectations. Personal was caring and found resolutions to all my concerns. The environment and management of the store was fenomenal and I left the store satisfied with the service I received. Thank you so much to all the employees and I would recommend any customer to go to this store if they want great customer service.

Went in to make a new account, the staff was extremely helpful they provided me the details of the plans available and the options i had as far as promotions and getting a new phone. definitely recommend this store to anyone trying to join the tmobile family.

I've had a phone for quite a while now and never had a complaint until now. This Tmobile shop is GARBAGE, worst customer service I've ever had. My old phone broke so I needed a new one, when I asked about specs the sales associate ASSURED me that the phone I was getting (S23) had 256+ gigs of memory, which is the only reason why I got it. The next day, I take a closer look at it and it only has 128 gigs. So I go back and ask for an exchange cause thats not what I wanted, you gave me false information and the wrong phone. They said they can do it but I would have to pay a $70 restocking fee, which is NOT FAIR at all cause I didn't do anything wrong. They didnt wanna help or bother at all. So I agree to do the exchange but they tell me now that they dont have the phone but I could check back cause the get shipments. On the upcoming 14 days I call and check again with them for the phone but it turns out the NEVER got it, the sales person straight up tells me they dont get that phone anymore. So they LIED to me again by sending me in this wild chace for this phone that they NEVER were gonna have in stock im the first place. On top of that I couldn't even go with the "ship it to me" option cause I have a Puerto Rican number and APPARENTLY they could only send it to Puerto Rico.....why?? Easily the worst customer service I've seen in my life

UNHELPFUL STAFF SEEMS LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO WORK. walk in rhe store today to upgrade 2 phones. 2 staff members there which one did say hello but once I told them what i was there for they both just look at me and my son like we had 2 heads. Since I got no response i ask who was going to help me and both of them just stay quiet. i ask again and the dark hair women who was doing something on her register just went like huh!! I left IMMEDIATELY as i was already being given the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and OBVIOUSLY they didn't want to work or want my business. MANAGEMENT SHOULD LOOK AT THE CAMERAS FOR TODAY AT AROUND 11:30am to Confirm my dissappointment and HIRE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BETTER COSTUMER SERVICE AND HAVE THE DESIRE TO WORK!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.IF I COYLD I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS.
