The employees are fantastic, especially Fredo. Everyone treated us well, especially my two year old. She was very excited to get the candy while we waited. It’s so convenient to have an oil change drive-thru option because I don’t have to chase her around.Also, they explained their options and pricing up front and were not pushy, as other places sometimes are.The oil change does take 5 minutes, but I’d plan to set aside 30 minutes when it’s busy there.

Where shall I begin?After the experience I had yesterday,I will NOT be returning.Firstly, I waited in line for over an hour at a "quick lube". I've worked at a quick lube or two in my day and we never had wait times like this, it was unacceptable!Let me tell you about the technicians, they're too busy standing in the corner comparing "whose flashlight shines the brightest" at 11:15am, that they forget there's customers waiting to be serviced.Why is the lube technician trying to upsell me? If he's talking to me, who is working underneath my vehicle? Your technicians playing with flashlights should be assisting me with my purchase, NOT the lube technician!Lastly, I noticed a safety checklist on my receipt. Funny how everything is marked as "okay" or "completed", how is that when NOTHING was checked!No one pulled my engine air filter, checked my tire pressure or inspected my wiper blades. These items could've and should've been checked when I pulled my vehicle into the bay for service.This has to be a joke or I was on candid camera. With 20+ years of automotive service experience, this service is horrible and you expect me to pay $83.99 for full synthetic oil change again, you have to kidding me.

Went here because it was supposed to be cheap, I looked online, about $50 for their economy oil change. Got there and waited about 30 min to even get into their garage. They drained my oil and then decided to tell me that actually, it would be $100 for an oil that I had never even heard of. They even tried to get me to buy other stuff that I didn’t even need. After paying entirely too much for oil I found out that they had put synthetic oil in my car, which is what I said that I didn't want. Super slimy place and they will wring you for as much money as they can get out of you. Go to Johnny’s down the road instead, at least they’re honest.Service: Oil change
