“Stumbled upon the thrift store last weekend while out Yard Buying with my mother. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the store, more than adequately staffed, prices on everything. And by the way, they had a lot of NICE things, and the clothes were very organized. We'll be back and back again! Great little shop!”

“Wow! What a sweet little place to shop. I found things I could use at home and for art projects. Everyone there was so helpful and cheerful too. It's fun to look around in the children's own special room where toys, games and clothes are displayed. Very clean.”
“I know it’s hard please everyone and meet the shoppers needs. I’ve only have great reviews. I’ve been shopping there since 2022 and there have been a few changes in management since then. The manager that was there before I can’t remember her name she was a big older lady she was always sitting while others worked so I get the negative reviews. I was there a few weeks ago and she’s gone and some recognizable faces are back. Customer service is better and they will work with you within reason.
prices are fair and fit my budget. Many different items new and used, they from the employee i work with I know that some stuff in that store is purchased by the owners so prices vary. It’s the only thrift shop I’ve been to that does that so I understand that it’s not just donated items they sell. Over all the it’s a friendly vibe and in my experiences they care about me as a customer and they have better customer service at hope compared to the local Walmart and definitely better service than Winn Dixie next door”
“The crew picking up donation items were TOP NOTCH and so thorough! I’ve never been so impressed-I’ve seen items carelessly tossed into bins breaking items and having zero cares about it. Filip and his associate were such hard workers and absolutely honored the items being passed on. I will definitely be using them again! Such a relief!!!”

“I've purchased freshly dry-cleaned, high-value, name bran, like new shirts for my husband at incredible good prices, cheap than it would cost to pay the dry cleaner & no higher priced than Salvation Army or Goodwill. The store is very well organized & upscale. My guess is they might donate lesser quality items to other charities. They have a vast variety of goods that you find at most good thrift store; especially nice items like wedding dresses, crystal & home deco. very attentive & hard working volunteers. I categorize thrift stores in levels: junk, medium range, upscale & very expensive. This store is upscale compared to medium range Salvation Army, both in Winter Haven.”
“Glad to see this location reopened. They had been closed for some time, I think remodeling. They always have a good selection of products. I saw an item I was interested in but thought it was a little steep. I asked the cashier and she went into the back to speak with the manager, came back out and said how about half off. I was thrilled. They are willing to work with you especially if they've had the item for a while, just ask them. Excellent employees and very friendly environment.”
“Not bad! They have some unique items, tons of clothing, lots of home and kitchenware, movies, books, music, electronics, etc. The only thing I would complain about is the pricing. I have seen items in here that you can purchase brand new from Walmart for cheaper and that does not make any sense to me.”
