Never came gere before to do an ups drop off, so was unsure of what to expect. 1 item I did not have a box for, and the lady behind the counter found a box and packaged it up. She was polite and very good with her customers. I did not get her name, but she was a petite blonde lady with glasses. Thank you for making my day...
