These ppl that work in this store r pure lazy and do not want to do there job sending packages not hard if u don't want to do ur job that u got hired for u should be fired all these ppl including this manager needs to be replaced with ppl that actually want to work!!!

Never came gere before to do an ups drop off, so was unsure of what to expect. 1 item I did not have a box for, and the lady behind the counter found a box and packaged it up. She was polite and very good with her customers. I did not get her name, but she was a petite blonde lady with glasses. Thank you for making my day easier.

There will NOT accept returns. I was sent a book as a gift from Amazon, the binding is ripped front and back so need to return the book and have it replaced. Drove over specific to return it, young lady said they dont accept returns. I have returned items at a CVS before but not this location. Not happy Amazon.

I was hoping to find printer ink and yes, they have it! They only have a few different ones though so they may not have the right kind for all. It was a bit more expensive, but it did save me a trip to Walmart.
