Don’t have your mail sent from here they are very unprofessional ,they said they delivered my package and put it in my parcel locker when I got to my mailbox they put the wrong key in my mailbox and it had someone else’s packages in the locker So not only did I not get my package I got someone else’s mail instead .

Someone in this post office is stealing packages! I sell on Etsy and at least twice a month one of my packages gets lost, and never gets an acceptance scan!

Horrible post office. Will lose your packages and tell you to file a claim. When you do file a claim they still deny it. Saying package was delivered, even though your package was in fact not delivered just so they don’t have to pay out. Wish there were other services to deliver packages. Smh

Not the best, but not the worst. It definitely feels understaffed considering how many people are usually there. The staff’s attitude can be hit or miss—it really depends on who you get. Overall, it’s a post office. Not trying to make excuses, but it seems like most of them have attitude issues these days. It’s kind of become the norm, unfortunately.

My mother in law had to go to the post office two days in a row and today she had to miss work just so that she could ensure that she received her package after it being put in the wrong mail slot. She went to our neighborhood and waited for the mail man, which was a lady in this case. The mail lady refused to acknowledge the mistake she or one of her colleagues had done and treated my MIL like trash. They didn't belive her about her package being in the wrong place. Let me show you how to avoid this problem, you put the package in the right place in the first place, because that is your job. It's such a simple job too. And that mail lady needs an attitude correction. If you can't deal with the public, then don't have a job that deals with the public. Period!

I went into the Haines City because they list my package and there were 3 other people for the same reason sent by the same location, and then it’s an impossible process to file a claim. This post office is stealing or scheming.

Ngl, probably the worst post office in terms of staffing and wait times. I’ve stood in a line to the door with one person working and waited almost 40 minutes to finally get seen. Hire people. We all know your budgets are awful, but hire more or staff better for mornings and peak times.

This office is one of the worst around, when you drop items off for shipping they're never put into the system that day. they probably just sit in the collection bin for several days even though there's a collection shedule on the front of the box. my mailperson also has stopped making any attempt to deliver signature confirmation mail pieces, it's been several years since the mailperson has gone any further than the mailbox. i will get signature confirmation letters saying no one was home, while i'm watching the mailperson from my window never make an attempt to deliver a package. this post office is 20 minutes from my house, so it's a HUGE inconvenience to go to the post office to pick up my mail. i have more than lost all respect for USPS, i hate them now.
Lake Wales and Lake Alfred post offices are both better and that's saying a lot.

My local post office offers me everything that I need and great customer service. I wish they would stay open later and that the entrance was a little bit wider. It's super narrow but other than that they do everything they have to. Thank you.
