CERO star! My experience 7/17/2024 horrible....worse than nightmare! How they make me feel, because COVID TEST.

Worse service I have ever received in a Walgreen store. Specifically in the Pharmacy area. My appointment time 3:45pm. I checked in @ 3:42. I was tested @ 4:35pm (Report 4:57PM) after asked twice when they will do the test. I didn't received any update from staff what I did receive was an AWFUL customer service by a Puerto Rican Lady so rude without any customer skills at all. Shame of her she does not represent our beautiful people specifically from Ponce. Also, the person who came out with the stick for me to take the test; during the time I was sitting there he was buying drinks and had the nerve to apologize for the delay. It wasn't a rush hour, there were no people at least one in the windows. COVID TEST NEGATIVE!!!

Location needs to be shut down. I arrived to pick up a prescription at the drive through, since i got the app and specified that it was ready. Once i get to the window, they tell me it’s not ready and to come back in 1 hour. TWO hours later I come back, theres a long line of cars. Ok; not big deal. Now, the problem occurs after the same employee at the window tells me that the prescription was not ready, and basically tells me to do the drive thru again. No apologies, nada. I reported this incoginience with corporate. Next day, the pharmacist from this location which im guessing is the manager, asks me about the incident, throwing excuses to not acknowledge their fault, which was clearly miscommunication. All this could have avoided if I wasnt told to come back exactly in one hour. What a waist of gas and time. Not surprised by the amount of negative reviews. It is really a shame.

very bad experience, I went to buy a glucometer and when I went to turn it off they couldn't sell it after being on a shelf for sale, they called the manager who took the product and never returned for a logical explanation and after they called him It came after a long wait without resolving anything, I don't know if I felt discriminated against because of my language or because of the poor service of that place which puts products for sale and then they don't want to sell to you, in reality I left very upset because the equipment was for my daughter who needed it. I will never return to that place nor do I recommend it.

If I wasn't in desperate need of a pharmacy that would take my insurance and this one wasn't THE ONLY Walgreens in my area, I would send my prescription elsewhere. When I call the waiting time is over 15 minutes for very simple questions that need answered. I have gotten mixed answers for why my medication is not ready (its not in stock or the insurance didn't cover it). The lines are so long and slow. They are understaffed and I'm sure the staff is doing what they can, and this I can tolerate.
I am not one to write negative reviews but as a health care provider and a patient myself, I can't move on today without warning other patients to try to take their medication elsewhere if they can...
Today I received an unexpected call from the pharmacy, so I answered during work hours and had a VERY difficult time hearing/understanding the person on the other side due to noise on BOTH sides of the line. I have hearing limitations so to help with the sound pollution I moved into a quiet room. unfortunately, there was a bit of miscommunication (that was eventually sorted out). But this staff member was (in my opinion) rude when I asked to repeat themselves please, saying "I just need you to pay attention to what I'm saying" as if I was choosing to be distracted and not taking into consideration my limitations.
This might seem small for some but it's just the cherry on top of how horrible it has been to get help from this pharmacy, let alone my medications. I hope this finds the right people to help this location. Not sure if they need another location opened in the area or hire new staff... or maybe train the current staff on how to interact with people. I understand how difficult it is to work with patients BUT we should NEVER lose sight that we are working with people who just need help.

Terrible service, today I went to make my purchases with digital coupons and they did not print my Catalan ones, I was struggling speaking in English and the cashier almost yelled at me, and in the end it turns out that the two cashiers spoke Spanish.

These people do not know what they are doing. They don't know how to handle transfers from other states! They ALWAYS have a long waiting line! Get people in there who know what to do!!!!!!

Honestly, should have read the reviews before I decided to use this pharmacy. They are by far the worst! You call, they hang up on you. If you need more staff, you should get more staff. I thought maybe I was just being impatient but when the same thing happens to you over and over again, you eventually figure out that it isn't you. I understand that they are busy but so is everyone else and most of us don't have time to wait for you to pick up the phone or sit in the drive through for an hour. And I am not kidding about the hour thing.

Went to get passport photos today, was told by the young man I had to be wearing a black or navy colored shirt. Went to a store that was close and bought a black shirt. Came back and a woman was at the counter, told me the camera was broken and to go to another location. No apology. Don't go here.

They are extremely rude. They hang up on you. Talk to you very rudely. I will not ever have any of my medication sent there again.

Their phone line never works or nobody picks up. It even has a message that there’s technical difficulties with their phone line - well this has been going on for years. People need to be able to check on prescriptions before driving all the way there just to be told that it’s not ready. The phones need to be fixed - why haven’t they been fixed?

I tried to call the pharmacist twice today in the Haines city Walgreens, and could not get through. After sitting on hold for 15 minutes, the pharmacy just hung up on me. I called later to find out about a medication because they gave me the wrong dose. Again I was on hold for 15 minutes and gave up. If Walgreens cannot afford to hire someone to answer the phone, they might as well just lock the doors now and give up. My medication are $50-$60,000 a year and yet they can’t hire anyone to answer the phone . This is my last day with them. Amazon pharmacy is just too easy, very simple to use, and like y’all Amazon products comes quickly.. Years ago my boyfriend and I saw drug dealers in the parking lot more than once and told the manager. They still haven’t cleaned up the outside of that building . Just stay away.
