At this store the Pharmacy and Auto departments are great, really I recommend them and that it. For the rest of the store; God has mercy! Always it is crowed, there no matter at what time. Most of the time the shelves are full, but the variety is terrible, it has a lot of the same brand. YOU BETTER CHECK THE EXPIRATION DAYS OF THE PRODUCT, specifically on the produce department. I bet you that expires the actual day. And the best part, except on the department mentioned above; the employees are so " friendly ", they don't care about service. Basically you have to wait for them to finish to talk with a coworker about Facebook or wait to finish the conversation on the smart phone. And I hate the huge carts blocking the aisle and the employees are picking up the groceries for the curbside orders. The customers service department employees they drink a full glass of expired extra sour lemon juice before start the shift .

Their subway is pretty good but the Walmart didn't have what I saw on the app. It was okay though because I got it from somewhere else

There is so many employee that shop for customers & then they stop to talk with other pickers you can't get past them. When all the large box stores close up blame all these ppl that will not do things for themself. It's simple make a list & go pick it up yourself. I only go to Walmart because govt only allows benefit card to be used there.

The pharmacist yelled at me on the phone. Then when I picked up my prescription she said what my medicine was for very loudly so everyone could hear about my condition. It was a Hispanic lady cannot remember her name.

Of course Walmart pharmacy workers will be just as unprofessional and lazy as the rest of Walmart. I just got out of the ER and have to deal with very rude people to get my prescription

A little prejudice goes a long way. I have noticed this multiple times lately and I figured I test it once or twice. While I am not one for dressing up. I am never shy from doing so on occasion. However. Recently I my past few trips to Walmart I was stopped and ask to show my receipt. That wouldn't be a problem. However the individual in question chose to not stop anyone of Hispanic looks. Instead focusing on multiple guests with black and white complexions. I left a review of this on their website. But figured I would also leave this on this platform as well. I am not going to lie on the day in question I was dressed down. Because the weather was beyond sick heat wise. And I rather be comfortable over fashionable. My view and suggestions for Walmart is to remember that if you're going to have your employees check receipts. Have them check all receipts.

Taking into account that this is a Walmart I am actually quite impressed. The bathrooms have been clean the last few times I couldnt hold it. The sales floor is usually stocked pretty good, and clean. Staff are usually easy to find in any given area. Downside, like most other walmarts, staff doesnt really seem all too interested in helping as much as gossiping with friends.

While shopping at the walmart liquor store and looking around at some options with my cousins a women cashier (blond hair, bad makeup) rudely mimicked us in our own voice tone and stated "don't be touching anything unless you have your ID to show" really rudely. Even at check out kept looking at us up and down even if she wasn't the one checking our purchase out. Yes, we understand you need an ID and need to be of age to purchase alcohol but their was no reason to be rude or to even jump to the conclusion that we weren't of age. I think it's pretty obvious if we went to the separate walmart liquor store looking to purchase alcohol we would have our ID. I think Walmart should really look into who they're hiring because they're getting people who obviously don't like their job. With it being the holidays I understand the frustration of working in retail but as it being your job and your income there's no excuse to be rude to your customers or to take out that frustration on us, and If that's her excuse then maybe she chose the wrong career.

I've been a local to the Haines City area my whole entire life. This Walmart is incredibly BUSY but pretty well stocked. My parents and I have watched it just explode with crowds over the past 10 years due to the amount of people moving to this area. I'm taking off stars only due to the Drive Up services as of recently. Do not do the Drive Up service as it always takes the majority of the people more than 20 minutes to receive their order. I waited 40 minutes last night to receive 5 items that were ready for hours. I also noticed the other people around me waited the same time and were not thrilled. This has happened on three occasions at this Walmart so I just warn not to use that service.

I have being going to this particular pharmacy for over 10 years. The staff is great, always courteous and helpful. The past few months when I went to pick up my prescription the lady over the counter ask me to come back or call over the phone for my refill seems they were having issues with the system being too slow. I have no problem with that, however this has happened multiple times. I am writing this review as I wait over the phone to speak to a pharmacist, and as I wait someone picked up for a brief moment and I was quickly told to please hold. After waiting over 50 minutes with no success, I have decided to go ahead and change pharmacy. It seems like you are both under staff and need a system upgrade.

Carts and cashiers. I just needed a handful of items. It was an awful experience. I wanted to have a quick trip. My first disappointment was that there were no carts to bring into the store. People were going back out to the parking lot for carts. It took me less than 10 minutes to find my items and head to the front to check out. The lines were very long, extending well into the merchandise aisles. I didn't see a single cashier. As far as I can tell, it was all self-scan. I was in line waiting to check out for over half an hour.

The only place where you take a lawn chair and sit outside your car for your curbside order! Ridiculous they can't get stuff right - they have one job and mess it up 80% of the time. I sent my son he called to let them know he was outside over 45+ minutes he grown frustrated and left. Today I went to pick it up waited over 45 minutes for them to give me half my order and I didn't realize until I was home. Annoying / I called frustrated again and now I hav to go back once again and show them photos of missing items so they can "locate" what happens. This is suppose to be fast convenient service they offer - it's a complete nightmare. They need better management to figure this system out. They have too many lanes and not enough workers. Since day 1 they started this service they still to this day can't figure it out. Oh did I mention half don't speak English!! If you have nothing better to do - like work or anything order from Walmart - they can guarantee complete mess up every time.
