The only place where you take a lawn chair and sit outside your car for your curbside order! Ridiculous they can't get stuff right - they have one job and mess it up 80% of the time. I sent my son he called to let them know he was outside over 45+ minutes he grown frustrated and left. Today I went to pick it up waited over 45 minutes for them to give me half my order and I didn't realize until I was home. Annoying / I called frustrated again and now I hav to go back once again and show them photos of missing items so they can "locate" what happens. This is suppose to be fast convenient service they offer - it's a complete nightmare. They need better management to figure this system out. They have too many lanes and not enough workers. Since day 1 they started this service they still to this day can't figure it out. Oh did I mention half don't speak English!! If you have nothing better to do - like work or anything order from Walmart - they can guarantee complete mess up every time.

This walmart has not been good for years. I have tried calling the store since 9:30 pm last nite and the results were 3 hangups . Cypress Gardens store answered. Imagine that. Still wondering where my delivery is that was scheduled for last nite. Was delayed and didn't have the decency to advise me they weren't coming at all. How does a business treat their customers with such disrespect? I told corporate that since this store has constant complaints close it since the store manager can't control their business.

It's an older store but huge and we'll stocked... Aisles are confusing to what I'm used to but found everything I was looking for, everything from clothing, Rv supplies, a couple tools and food and beer.

Excellent quality, but the order on line and pickup at the store in one hr service offered on the website is deceiving at best, it's more like 24 hrs.. (Bait-and-switch)

Worst Walmart I have ever been, associates don't know what to do, spend half an hour trying to redeem a manufactured coupon. And then when we went out the greeter Ray at the door stopped us, I guess bc he saw all the time we spent at register. Terrible place, for now on I'm bringing all my coupons here so they will have more training

I've been in there several times and it is way too crowded I'm sure Wal-Mart likes it but when you get customers and workers in every aisle it just doesn't work out too good. And it seemed like there should have been more food on the shelves. But I do see the workers working their butts off every time I go in there so the only thing I can say is I think you need another store right next to that one, that's the only thing that's going to help that situation! But I do love going to Walmart.

If you are coming to use the Money Services Desk on this Walmart do not WASTE your time, they have a nice 25fx20f area just to this Deparment but not they are sending customer to the Customer Service Desk where the had 8 people in line 2 arguing with the tellers and I asked to employees to make sure this is where I needed to come to pickup some money, their answer was "I think this is where you go now for Money Service" great job Management. I walked away with no complaints to your employees.

This rating came about the Walmart+ grocery delivery. Not as a whole store but if 1 department fails unfortunately the store suffers. I'm a daily Walmart shopper but today I decided to place a delivery order since I had time restrictions and the service was available so I decided to place a grocery delivery order which I paid for express delivery which is supposed to be delivered within a time slot. I placed my order and the driver was literally 5 minutes away because you can track your order when your order it's picked up, then for whatever reason my order was cancelled. Just like that, cancelled! For get what plans you had because apparently when a order is cancelled which I was charged for, you need to place another order and if there is no time slots available you are out of luck like I was. I was on the phone with the online grocery department and even they couldn't get a hold of anyone in the store. Supposedly the landline wasn't getting picked up and a cellphone was turned off. I advise not to use the Walmart+ delivery for items you need on the date of delivery.

The lady in the bakery was extremely rude. Not to mention that she wasnt wearing her mask properly and didn't have no gloves when she was handling the cakes

This location is not the worst, but not the best. Inside the store as well as the parking lot is very crowded all the time and as a result it is always unorganized. Has potential to be great with more organization.

This establishment is always so crowded so much to see & little time to find what you're looking for. One holiday merchandise is shifted while two more are stacked on pallets ready to be shifted for displaying. Christmas & New Years on clearance while Valentine's spreads all over the place. And of course there's online ordering pickup and all these in store shoppers for those that don't want to shop. I like shopping so It's nice to see what your buying before you get it.

Have already seen about 15 people not wearing masks and I've been here for 5 minutes in line at the pharmacy. This is ridiculous when cases In FL today are at 1.16 MILLION

While this has never been my favorite location go to, mostly because they get so busy I had to go this time to pick up a prescription that my regular location did not have because of a backorder. All employees wear masks and while they do require them of customers they do not strictly enforce it. On this occasion I only saw a couple customers not wearing them. The store has lots of clear markings for social distancing and which way to shop in the aisles. The one thing I do like about this location is that they have a more diverse inventory and departments that I can't find in the one closest to me. I did browse the store a bit and picked up a few items that I was out of. The checkout process was easy and efficient.
