I've been going to this location for over 20 years. Lately this man Gustavo has been the cashier. He always has such a NASTY attitude not a people person at all. My last visit he didn't understand what I was saying and rudely said I'm not going to repeat myself. Than I told him about his nasty attitude. He took what I was going to purchase and told me to leave he wasn't going to serve me. I am a manager in a nearby restaurant. This man has no business working with people. And by the comments I see everyone feels the same. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AS LONG AS HE WORKS THERE! And I'm telling everyone I see about the horrible experience that I had there! It's sad and he needs a job that doesn't deal with the public!

The store associate (with dreadlocks) always close the store on Hallandale near us1 too early, totally ignore official store schedule. He smoke near main entrance and always tells that the store is close, but Google maps indicates that this store are open 24/7 and he doesn’t have intentions serve customers. A lot of customers just wanting for near main entrance and have no any clues why it’s close and why association behind the cashier but not accept the customers.

Gustavo has a nasty attitude. The guy doesn't even want to work. Every 7-11 sells pizza. This is the only 7-11. That doesn't wanna cook them. When he's on shift, his excuses, they are a franchise, a franchise or not.You still have to follow protocols from the business bad customer service.I don't understand how he's working for a brand like that

Do not understand why a store that supposed to be open 24 hours is closed at 5:55 p.m. they let the employees do whatever they want.

Went to this 7 11 to talk with the owner about the store being closed for business at night. I’ve never known a 7 11 to routinely be closed for business at night , so I ask him , the OWNER if he is aware that his store is closed at night and he replies “No”. Then I proceed to inform him that his overnight employees are locking the doors and closing for business. His response was that he could care less lol, his EXCUSE was that ‘the computer system is updating” and proceeds to argue w me that is not true , the store is never closed. This folks, is an example of a business owner that has NO IDEA how to run a business, and worse could CARE LESS about making profit. That’s ok there are plenty of gas stations and Walgreens open for business late night. In fact if anybody is having this issue w this particular 7 11 I advise you to go to the store 7 11 on Hallandale Beach Blvd close to the 95 highway they never close and that owner DOES CARE about doing business . I’ll never go the that 7 11 on Atlantic Shores ever again , even though been going there for the past 20 years . Congratulations, you’ve lost another customer ??

The staff is very rude 1 cashier wanted to ride on my friends scooter and broke the brakes 2 cashier was literally trying to scam me and also the staff is very very rude they have the worst customer service in my life

Supposed to be open 24 hours. But everyday the store is closed for a few hours in the early morning hours. Not some days. Not occasionally. Everyday. It’s summer time and the sun is rising at 6am. People can’t grab stuff before work. Hire someone who isn’t scared to work at the store in the early mornings.

This location smelled like straight up doodoo all in the store and also their fruit is all spoiled and I purchased watermelons from here lastnight on May 26 2024 and they were already expired, I later became sick and threw it all up

The Caribbean woman that works behind the counter at night after 11:00 p.m. is rude. She has no customer service and she's very unpleasant. She shouldn't even be working there. Terrible service worth 7-Eleven I've ever been to

The guy Gustavo is very rude. Everytime I come in there he is not very nice. Also today I left my sleeping 4 yr old in the car for exactly 12 mins when someone comes in and says there's a kid in the car. Fl law statue is a kid can be left alone in the car for no more than 15 mins. His father my fiance just passed away from cancer and I have Gustavo threatening me to call dcf. When he was only left in the car for 12 mins. It is not against the law and I don't appreciate him threatening me for something that is not against the law. I'm now a widow and it's hard on me to be constantly taking my son in and out and I can not carry all the items we need and be holding him especially while he's runs all over the store. That was and is very unprofessional of him. Especially being threatened for something that is NOT against the law. I'm a loyal customer and always polite and nice and he consistently has an unpleasant attitude and this was completely uncalled for.
