My car broke down at the Mobil gas station on the corner of US 1 and Hallandale Beach Blvd. I had my puppy Rottweiler (Ginger) in the car. I walked over to Advanced Auto with Ginger and received amazing help from the employees there. Jose took the time during a busy work day to walk with me (and Ginger) to our car to change the battery. Then, when we realized that the problem was not the battery, we walked back to the store and Jose and Jessica helped me get a tow truck. Jose even got Ginger and me water while we waited. Josh, the store manager, was also extremely helpful and very nice. Therefore, based on my experience, I would most definitely recommend this store!

My car was having trouble starting. The closest place was Advanced Auto Parts. I was greeted by Jose who took care of everything. I bought a new battery, he replaced it and made sure everything was back in place (battery wasn’t easy to replace). He was so eager to help, it surprised me. Great customer service! Take care of Jose at all cost :))

I love this store. The guys who work there are super nice and helpful. They always help me when I am going to choose the correct part for my car, when I change the battery they install the new battery. 10\10 in customer service

I went shopping store #9294 and my friend made 3 purchases at the same time, forgetting his car coolant. He asked me for the favor of looking for it. I brought the receipt. The very kind Spanish-speaking lady confirmed that she had forgotten it since my friend also called to confirm and The Spanish-speaking lady kindly went to the computer herself, pointed it out to the other salesperson, the manager has very little education, she yelled at me as a customer and asked that English be spoken in a very low-class way, horrible, someone better than her would do better with this one. location. She made me feel like she is racist when I speak 4 languages.
