LIKE SO MANY OTHERS HERE, THEY QUOTE ME $185 AND CHARGED ME $783, DON'T HIRE THEM, BE CAREFULL, THAT'S A NIGHTMARE COMPANY. I REPORTED IN FEW PLACES BUT THEY ARE STILL OPERATING SAME LIKE THOSE MOVING COMPANIES THAT TAKE YOUR BELONGING TO WAREHOUSE.
ONE STAR JUST FORCED THEY DON'T DESERVE.

Worst towing company to ever exist! Chino probably dosent leave his house often judging by the comments here as he wouldn’t be walking anymore lol. This tow company should be out of business and probably will be shortly with there practices. Cops know this place by name not even a surprise to them!

The most detestable place I have ever known, today I called by phone to file a complaint and they left me on hold, the lady who assisted me yesterday, Tuesday, October 15, 2025, no offense as I don't remember the name but I do remember one of her tattoos, pride and arrogant, and very sure of herself, as if she were an impeccable worker, but with a sarcastic laugh, and why continue, putting negative things, if they are the worst, thank you and good night

I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews. Sometimes I'm left no choice as I dont want anyone to go through what I did.
I needed my car towed to the dealership for warranty work. Ford told me to call Ford Roadside Assistance and they hired ALL-WAYS TOWING for the job. I was told they would be to my car in 30 to 90 minutes. I took off work and cleared my day. When 90 minutes came, I got a text saying they would arrive in another 45 minutes. When 4t minutes came I got a text that said they would arrive in 8 minutes. When 8 minutes came I got a text saying they would arrive in 36 minutes. You can imagine my patience wearing thin with these people. I canceled the Ford Roadside Assistance. Ford Roadside Assistance goes on to tell me they were told that the truck had arrived but no one was with the vehicle. I never left the vehicle, I wasted my day at the vehicle.
The next morning I used my AAA tow service. Driver said he'd be there in 45 minutes to an hour. In 40 minutes AAA had arrived and towed my car to the dealer with no issues.
Use this service if you have an entire day to waste waiting. ?♂️

I called this company and right away they answered told them that I needed my car towed and within a half hour the tow truck was at my house
I will recommend any one I know that needs towing service.
