Absolutely the best customer service I have ever worked with. It was a pleasure. I ordered a size 38 and they called me to let me know that they ran small and wanted to make sure I ordered the proper size. That was above and beyond. This is the 3rd pair of shoe I have from this company. They are the most comfortable shoes and sneakers out there. They look amazing and you can run all day in them. I would definitely recommend ordering and you will be glad you did.
