I recently had the unfortunate experience of witnessing blatant discrimination at Atelier Couture. My friend, who happens to be a bigger guy, walked into the store with me to browse. As soon as we stepped in, an employee looked him up and down and rudely said, “We don’t carry your size. You’re a 2x or 3x, and we don’t have your size.” This was completely unprovoked and unnecessary.
The comment was not only dismissive but also incredibly disrespectful. My friend wasn’t even given the chance to look around or inquire about anything before being judged solely based on his appearance. It was clear that he was not welcomed or valued as a potential customer, and it left both of us feeling appalled.
A luxury shopping experience should be inclusive and accommodating, yet this store failed miserably in both aspects. If you’re looking for a place to shop that treats all customers with respect, this is definitely not the place to go. Discrimination has no place in retail—or anywhere else for that matter.
Shame on Atelier Couture for allowing such behavior from their staff. I will not be returning, and I hope others take this review to heart before spending their hard-earned money at a store that doesn’t value all customers.

I live right down the street & I love to shop so it’s too bad they r not a person of their word. Cant shop there again. Sales person told me a price on the item. Tag on item told me a price… lo & behold when I get to the register, NOT said price.

Worst customer service. I asked if they had a shoe I was looking for (the company page said I could find it there). She didn’t know what I was talking about and just asked me if I could come in on Monday. I asked again if she had the shoe and why would income in if she didn’t have it. She then hung up on me and stopped answering the phone.

I came here last week on vacation from NC, this store has impressed me with the great selection of high quality, fashionable clothing. I absolutely like all of their clothes. If you're looking for a very nice clothing store in South Florida, then you should come here. Great, quality clothing that's not too expensive with lots of great sales. This store has a great selection as well. The Ladies working there were very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable who will go out of their way to help you. Also, those Ladies were very attractive and fashionable, too! ;) Best clothing store in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, and it's the only place that I'll shop at whenever I'm in the area.

I purchased a polo shirt online that's supposed to be blue specifically for a wedding, and received a black version..then under the return guidelines they want you to pay them 30$ to send it back, which is only 10$ short of what I paid for the shirt..so basically im paying them 30$ to take the shirt and give me 10$ back total..either way I'm out of my money.scam.

Amazing hidden gem! South Beach style with affordable pricing. Anne is the best she makes sure everything first perfect and you look good. I shop worldwide and this is one of my favorite stores anywhere.

Loved this boutique and their service. I stumbled in here while exploring GulfStream and the universe wanted me to walk in because they're having an amazing sale and I found these jelly shoes I love and haven't had in years. The dress in the window is future goals but the entire store is full of beautiful pieces. They have items for men, women, and children.... From jewelry to shoes, clothing, bags and more! Highly recommended!
