After my rim cracked, I was stranded in the parking lot … She went above and beyond to help me change my tire and replace my lug nuts. Her willingness to help, professionalism, and outstanding customer service truly exceeded my expectations. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and takes the time to make sure they are taken care of. Kaitlyn made a stressful situation so much easier, and I am extremely grateful for it. Thank you so much Kaitlyn, your kindness, and service doesn’t go unnoticed.
