It is my worst experience with a bank. It has changed a lot over time… I rescue the good care of a cashier, a gray-haired man but the rest is a disaster. They are very ruda and absurd in their requirements. It is not for security it is to annoy the customer. they provide lousy service.

Terrible attention, they made me wait for 2 hours and didn’t solve the problem. I went to another brunch and they solved my issue in 10 minutes, I will never go back to this brunch again.

They don’t want to work. Stood in line for money orders, wasted my time. It turns out the printer is not working. The line is long. There is no sign that the printer is broken. disgusting brunch!!!

It's a nice clean bank. It's my first time here. I am using the teller inside.I noticed a few signs in yellow. They said something like 2 more windows. That sounds great right. Except they only have 2 windows open, that's 2 employees working at the windows lol.As I walked up to the teller I had a really hard time listening to her because of the person and teller next to us where talking loudly. It was a little frustrating. I understand you need that protection glass however it makes it very difficult to understand or hear the teller with the extra noise and mask.I was making a withdraw and so I had to raise my voice a few time to verify my transactions and how I want the bills and so forth. That's a little private.The way the windows are setup with no division there is no privacy for me and the people next to me. We can hear our transactions and yes withdraws. That is really unconfortable and not safe.

We use Wells Fargo bank more than 1 year for business. This location is best one! Every body are nice, helpful , polite. For any questions they give to us professional answers, try resolve any situation and help us ! Special Thank for professionalism and helpful KAZI M S ISLAM!

This Hallandale location is theater of the absurd. Twice I got decline of Secured credit card in this place many years ago! In other WF location I got Credit card with no problem.I was disappointment today when I came to withdrawal money, cashier doubted my signature and asked me to sing 3 more times. After he asked me about 7 security questions and show my face without mask. The cashier, doesn't hear very well, I repeated it loudly several times...I m Wells Fargo customer for maaany years... First time I had thisI will come back for sure to talk to manager.(PS.. secured credit card denied was a mistake of banker, who send info 2ce)
