I am appauled by the way this employee at this location just spoke to me over the phone. Frist of all he barely spoke English. Extremely unprofessional to say the least with no desire to make a sale, despite all of that he was very disrespectful. This man has no clue about customer service or even how to speak properly to another human being. He is lucky because some people would not tolerate being spoken to that way.

Answered my questions but refused to help me because I ordered the service & SIM card online and told me to call customer service. However if I requested to add an extra line he could or would help me. Was quite perturbed by this. I would have bought a phone there but after being kind of blown off because I initiated online only left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I may be cancelling.

I was shopping around to get a new cellphone line, I was assisted by Jack, he was attentive, friendly and professional. He treated all customers with respect and he was very hospitable and knowledgeable He provided a great customer service. I was able to get a new line for my sister at a great price. There is parking available in the same plaza were the store is located.

With the exception of the guy from Argentina who was working here and attended me very well, I will never come back here after how deplorable I was treated here by other staff. I was trying to get one of their really nice Samsung phones and I only needed $1 to get it, I had been coming back here multiple times trying to get it and the staff knew this. After a friendly conversation I had with the skinny Venezuelan guy who works here with the glasses, he did not allow me to use his cell phone OR the store phone to try to call my friends to ask for help to finish helping him make the phone sale. I literally had to go next door to the cell phone fix store and they were kind enough to have let me use their store phone to call all of my friends. Then the Venezuelan employee guy from here actually shut his front door of the store locking it in my face a few minutes before they were supposed to close just to be purposely nasty, knowing I only needed that $1. He didn't even want to be a friend and allow me to give him the payment for the phone and bring the last dollar in the morning. The other overweight guy who works here also had a very bad attitude while he was giving me a full refund for the $25 deposit I put down for the phone after I came back for that. I left very upset feeling like I wasn't helped in any way by anyone here. These young guys working here are absolute disrespectful imbecile kids who have a low maturity level and don't have any respect of how to treat a lady. Aside from the nice employee guy from Argentina from here, these other "children" who are employees here don't know how to act like true gentleman and they're extremely unprofessional.

Everyone has different experiences and I can say that I received excellent service and they helped me out at a difficult time.They took their time to make sure I left satisfied. I would definitely recommend this location. Keep up the great work and continue to strive.

no no no. do not recommend !!!! you call to find out the terms of the tariff when buying a phone at a discount, the employee answers in a rude form - “there are too many questions”. in the end he calls it spam.

Stay away from this disgusting place ....the Colombian girl at front desk refused to wear mask and my 85 year old mother was their and she's not well ....she was nasty as can be and the service isn't anything special....this is the boost mobile on 19th and pembroke road ....not on Hallandale Bch blvd .....

I was treated absolutely deplorably here. I was struggling to get their switch to us free phone deal, and I only needed $1 to finally get the phone, and they gladly shut their front door locking it in my face, and wouldn't lend me the $1 which I promised to pay them back the next morning, EVEN AFTER a long, friendly conversation we had here. I told them they lost a customer and they gladly refunded me when I finally returned here with the full funds to buy the phone. With the exception of the Argentina gentleman employee working here, these employees here were bullies more than anything to try to get me in jail. They wouldn't even lend me their landline to call my friends to ask for a simple loan to try to make the sale. Never again will I step in this place and ask for anymore trouble here.
