A friend referred me here, and I’ll never take my car anywhere else! Israel is the best. I brought my car in because of rattling noise coming from the engine of my car, and Israel diagnosed it immediately and gave me a very reasonable quote for repairs. It’s not always easy finding a mechanic you can trust, but Isreal is that guy. Honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’m so grateful to find someone I can trust with my car. I’ll be back for any issues I have with my car. Thanks, Israel!

I stopped by the neighboring gas station for a fill up only for my truck to not start. I walked by & talked to Israel at Brake Kingdom, thinking I just needed a jump. Israel brought out the jump box & followed me nextdoor to my truck. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Let me tell you, Israel bought another battery to me to try & move my truck to his shop, to no avail. Right when I was going to call roadside, another mechanic came out, he did something quick & my truck started. He told me to bring it by the shop... After a quick tighten, he sent me on my way. In shock, I asked, what was it? How much?
Israel said loose wire, nah your good. What a blessing cuz it was already a rough day. If I lived closer, I would definitely take my truck to them. Compassion & Integrity is what Israel showed me, when he didn't have to..Thank you so much!!!!

It was my understanding from what
Israel said that the total would have been around $300 but when I got the tab, Israel charged me was $670 in total plus $20 for a credit card fee so $690, $400 more than the dealership would have charged. It should have been $300, not $690! And then he asked me to leave a review, unbelievable. I figured I really must’ve gotten something wrong here. Someone wouldn’t literally rob me blind like that. But no, I called around and Toyota dealership would’ve charged me $280. No shop close by would have charged more than $300.. Then after I left him a message letting him know that I know that he totally took advantage of me and that I would take him to court, he decided to harass me right away by calling me 15 times in a row and every time I would answer he would sit in silence. I could hear the background noise of the shop and then he’d hang up and call me right back and do the same thing over until I drove back to let him know I was going to call the cops if he didn’t stop. What is wrong with you Israel? 690 for changing brake pads is outrageous and you know it. And what did you think you were gonna do just harass me into silence?

I visited Brake Kingdom to find out if I needed new brakes for my car. Israel (the owner) was honest, attentive, and professional. He explained my options, and after considering them I agreed to replace all 4 brake pads. Israel's prices were fair and the new brakes were installed in about an hour. I also found out that Brake Kingdom provides many other services, not just brakes. So I will be returning to Brake Kingdom for all my automotive needs. I highly recommend this place!

Came here after I felt completely violated, robbed and ripped off the last time I got brakes at a very popular repair shop in Hollywood.
The positive reviews on Yelp and Google about Brake Kingdom and Israel are on accurate.
I came to here immediately after I started hearing some grinding from my front brakes. Israel was frank with me: Do you do a lot of driving? If so, we can do just pads, but pads and rotor will last you longer. We should do it the right way. Your choice.
I couldn't argue. He gave me an exact quote for pads and rotor and stuck to it without trying to upsell me. He was done so quick, and was so communicative, that by the time I got to my work in an Uber, he was already texting me that he was done.
I am delighted to learn he does more than just brakes and have the comfort feeling that I can take my car here next time with trust and honesty.
I think I finally found a new mechanic after my longtime mechanics Bill and Dick's closed two years ago - leaving me floating between repair shops that kept ripping my off.

I searched online for a quote to change my front and rear brake pads and found Brake Kingdom, so I decided to stop by. Two other automotive shops, including the Mercedes-Benz dealer, had told me that my brakes were fine. However, they mentioned that if I wanted to change them, it would cost over $2,500.
Israel, the owner, offered to inspect my brake pads and confirmed that the rear ones needed to be replaced. He promptly contacted his suppliers to find the best possible price, which I found to be fair.
I left my car with him, and he completed the work in 90 minutes. In contrast, the dealer would have had my car for two days without providing a loaner vehicle! After changing the pads, Israel showed me the ones that the previous owner had installed. They looked like they were from Walmart! Overall, Israel did a fantastic job. He is very trustworthy and genuinely cares about doing right by his clients. Thank you again, Israel!
