ATM not accepting cash, deposits advising to do transactions via app??

Very poor service, upon walking in the only two floor staff are talking not acknowledging the clients that are there for service. On a Saturday they never have staff to provide service. This thank goodness it’s not the bank I do business with but I needed to handle and account for a family member who passed and that is the kind of customer service experience.

I called this particular Chase Bank and 4 others in this area for 3 weeks and not once did anybody ever answer. When speaking to the 1-800 number I was told by four different people that I should go into the bank with my question: not only will I never go into this bank ever again, it's caused me to never want to go into any Chase Bank and I certainly will never, ever refer anybody to Chase. These are almost the coldest, rudest people I have ever encountered: they were not even busy but to try and engage with any one of them had me leaving in tears: they apparently don't care about human beings and don't even want your money as they had no idea what reason I was in there for when they totally disregarded me... I'm sure they treat trash better than they treat human beings.

Spend 40 minutes to hear they can not get the cash from me and transfer to Bank of America. Worst.

I've been with Chase 11 years and this branch is one of the best one I have been to before. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, including branch manager. I am very happy tpp have this branch 5 minutes away from my home.

I'm dissatisfied with the customer service I just received from Pedro, one of the Lead Associate Operations staff. I asked for a bank check. He proceeded to tell me there's a $10 fee for that. I've been banking with Chase for over 20 years, and they've always waived that fee for me. He stated they only waived it for covid. He proceeded to speak down to me and asked me who waived it last. His english is poor to speak with his English speaking customers. I would like it documented that I want waived fees for bank checks in the future

Visited this branch for the first time and received excellent service from one of the bankers Carolina. Extremely helpful and patient. I wish all Chase branches gave this kind of service!

Mostly do business via the online portal. Had to go in person to this branch in Hallandale and had the pleasure of dealing with Jacob. Hr was professional, quick and helpful.

The lady inside this bank that was recruiting or something,was so nasty to my wife when my wife asks to use restroom she said in a very rude way and to me that they didn't have to have a restroom inside the bank because they did not serve food that was disgusting! That's no way to treat a customer for many years. I hate this site!??

Vasilina from Chase Bank in Hallandale Beach has helped me tremendously! I never leave reviews for anyone, but this Lady saved so much of my time and helped me finish all the transactions I had and all the errands with my account so quickly and successfully solved all my issues in just a few clicks!!! She patiently answered all the remaining questions and explained everything I needed to know with knowledge and in a timely manner.I really appreciate her help and wish all the Banks stuff and associates were as quick, friendly and knowledgeable as her. Many thanks and high appreciation to Vasilina for saving my time and by that making my day more productive!
