This is my 2nd time using Claridy and I will continue to renew with him! This time around I was in a pinch and needed my BLS/ACLS renewed ASAP! Marcus was EXTREMELY quick and I had my cards in the nick of time! Thanks for your help Marcus!

Do not use this service. I should have read the other reviews saying it was a scam - unreliable, never showed up due to “getting towed”, fake address for training was given, and never heard from again.

I want to leave a review to caution others when booking CLARIDYCPR through the AHA website. Locations may vary from Tamarac, Hialeah, Miramar, and Miami; even online. If your BLS/CPR or any other certification is urgently needed this is not the instructor for you. Marcus is late, unreliable, and always has an excuse for why your “paid certification card” was not delivered within the normal time frame. Many have reported him on the AHA website but he’s still there. My experience was similar to all the post below.. late to the class, I didn’t know you booked, I’m at work, please wait..the website is having problems. I requested a refund no response for 4 days, called him no response. Finally I contacted AHA and low and behold I received a response. Again, book at your own risk. If you can do it through your employer I would do that instead. PROS to booking he does have convenient times :-).

I contacted Marcus in early August in regards to an ACLS renewal. I was referred to him by my place of work. I took the class online on Aug 11th and had my test turned in by the following Monday. Marcus had told me up front they were having "issues" with the cards but I would have my card "no later than Wednesday [Aug 16th]". After the 16th had passed and I had not heard anything, I reached out to Marcus via email. A week passed and I had no received a response. I sent another email. Still no response. I reached out to my company and they also attempted to contact Marcus and got no response. My ACLS was due to expire on 8/31 so it was crucial that I get my certificate prior to then. It wasn't until 8/30 that I heard back from Marcus in an email. He explained that the cards would be issued between "Sept 1 and Sept 5". He gave me 3 options one of which was to request a full refund. On August 31, I sent an email back and requested a full refund as I had already paid for and taken another class at this point. As of today (Oct 12), I still have not heard back to my email request for a refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company last month just to get my refund. This was/is completely unprofessional behavior for a company. My company is no longer recommending Claridy CPR for any form of renewals. I highly recommend that you not use them either.

SCAMMERS!!!!! I reported them to the American Heart Association for false advertisement. I scheduled BLS Class he never showed up. There was a pad lock on the office door. After several calls and texts Marcus responded and rescheduled for the next day. Next day same thing. I told I wanted my $60.00 back he said he refunded my credit card on Sept 6th, 2023. He lied!!!!! I have had to file a dispute with my cc company to get my money back. Shame on you Marcus. You are part of the problem we have in this world!!!!!!

I had an appointment scheduled at 0700 for BLS/PALS provider certification scheduled. Received two texts to confirm the appointment. I arrived at the site 15 minutes before the appointment and waited, and waited, and waited. It was 745 and no one still showed up. I called Claridy CPR twice, left a message with them on voicemail and messaged them via chat with no replies. It took me close to an hour to drive to the facility, yet I was ghosted. Did CPR class with them a few years ago, the instructor was late at that time as well.Better communication is needed because I wasted close to 2.5 hours of my morning community and waiting around for a no show. Completely unprofessional.

I contacted Marcus beginning of August to do my ACLS & PALS skills. Session went great & Marcus stated that because he was changing Training Centers, the cards might be delayed, but to contact him if I did not recieve my AHA cards within 48 hrs. Those 48 hrs passed & I sent him an email & 2 separate texts with absolute 0 response. It’s now September (over a month) & I still have yet to hear from Marcus or ClaridyCPR. Terrible communication. If you need your cards done within a certain time, absolutely do not come here.

This CPR instructor is weird and probably he is a SCAMMER. Two weeks ago I scheduled a cpr class for a Saturday at 7pm. On the scheduled day, I got there 15min early and I was outside the building. I didn’t like the location. Everything around looked strange, very quiet, and main doors to enter the building were locked! It was pass 7pm, so I gave him a call to check, but he didn’t respond. Then he sent me a message saying that he was at work and if I could wait a couple minutes. So I waited there on front of the building, but there were many questions across my head. Two minutes later he called me and said something about a tire of his car. I found him not a credible person, and I left the place. In the same call, I requested my money back. Still, he haven’t returned my money, and he doesn’t answer my calls either.
